2.5 hours to get a tech. They couldn't pick a lock from Lowes. Drilled threw a lock that I had three different locksmiths get into. This is the worst one yet.

In Indianapolis. Payment was charged by 247 locksmiths r us in MN. Guy was punctual, first he tried bump keying and then picked it. He opened the door and I tried to use the key and it didn't work. Said it wasnt the apartment key and that he couldnt do anything about it because he doesn't know if it was like that before. Never had a problem with the key turning. Wouldve gladly paid but $160 wasnt worth it, for that he should've fixed the lock he broke.

The service, while achieving the bare minimum, took three times as long to arrive as quoted. This was not communicated at all while I was waiting, though when I called the provider he had "been sitting still in traffic for 25 minutes" but had not bothered to let me know. Then about 15 minutes later I got a text message stating that he had been pulled over for speeding to get to my location.
This is unprofessional and not worth the amount of money I paid.
