Absolutely perfect customer service! They came out to change the locks when we first moved to our new home in Apple Valley. The technician Eric came out and installed electronic lock on our front door. After a few months we had some issue with the Auto-lock and we called Aaron, he showed up the same day and fixed it with no charge at all.

Very professional. Arrived on time. Was able to very quickly remove the part of a broken key from the cylinder of the lock. Explained why the key may have broken and how it may be a door problem. Got shut out of my apartment late Saturday night. Noah got to my area within 25 minutes of calling and was around excellent; communication, unlocking the door, expert and also pleasant. They charge the national standard so the price was reasonable.
