After a very long day at work, I realised that at 6:30am my half-asleep brain had locked my keys in my car. He promptly answered the phone, and was there in 20mins flat. He got my car open in less than 5mins with no damage to it. He was very professional, and chatted with me while saving my day. After that, he printed me a new key, key fob, and changed the battery in my current fob. With 3 car keys I hope I'll never have to call him again, but if something were to happen I certainly won't hesitate to.
