Services
Blue Cow Deli is owned by Sarai, a Sonoma County Native, and Gabriel, who was born and raised in Wisconsin. Their goal is to serve a delicious lunch with extraordinary customer service in a comfortable, clean and friendly atmosphere. Prior to Blue Cow Deli, Sarai & Gabriel have worked in many kitchen environments and for years have gone around the country doing disaster relief, setting up commercial kitchens and feeding thousands of people a day.
Choose any of our sandwiches, mixed green salads, deli salads and desserts. Let us spend the time creating a delightful presentation of delicious food and give you the time to enjoy your guests! Catering can be provided on platters, and in large family style bowls, or as bagged/boxed lunches. Catering is available for pick-up only.

Always great to find gluten free options that taste great. If you're celiac and looking for classic picnic food. Check out Blue Cow. Only down side is they tend to close on random days. So they can be a bit of a gamble at times. But every time they are open I get a great sandwich and chips that's safe for me to eat.

So yummy. Great small town deli. The chicken chipotle panini and the south fork sandwich are my favorite. Their potato salad is super good as well. Their phone line is busy a lot (a testament to how good their food is) so when I can't order ahead, I'll go in and place my order and drink a beer while I wait. The only downside is their hours, they're only open about half of the week. The ladies in there are super sweet.

Blue Cow is the best. We have enjoyed their delicious foods for many years. The pandemic really focused us on what's important. We counted on Blue Cow for healthy fresh food. Every Friday is clam chowder day (order early, they run out!). The salads are excellent too. I love the chicken pesto panini, the BLAT, the Bahn Mi, and really everything. The nicest people always provide excellent service. My wife is addicted to their cookies! This is a very special business that gives us the best, only the beat!

The best place to stop after a round of golf at Western Gateway Park! The sandwiches here are thee best in town hands down. Wes' Pastrami Sandwich is one of my favorites as is the potatoe salad !! Yummm! Everything here is so fresh and if your in town or driving through ; do yourself a favor and swing by Blue Cow!

Wow! Just WOW! First time here! Came here after a beautiful hike up thru Empire Mine. Great and Friendly service! Huge portions, And REALLY FRESH ingredients! I highly recommend! My husband and I both had the Rough & Ready Fresh salad, Add Chicken, and it was scrumptious! The blue cheese was divine...you could tell it was good, high quality cheese! We Will DEFINITELY be eating here again!!

Absolutely love this place and recommend it to everyone. I personally love their chipotle Panini that is one of the best Panini's I've ever had in my life hands-down and that's coming from a foodie person. Everything I've gotten here I've always been so delicious and so good. It's a little pricey but totally worth it if you're looking for a really yummy meal

After moving we needed to find a new sandwich place. And we have! As we work through the sandwiches, I have enjoyed the roast beef the most. Salads look really good. Trying them next. Only issue is the hrs listed on website does not match hours they are now open. You can call in your order to make sure all okay.

Big big sandwich could barely fit it in my mouth. And they're hiring! I'm taking Mizz Ariana Grande here some day it's seriously so good and Ooh La La by Faces was playing, meant a lot to me. I was stoked that the dude working was able to look it up for me and the cookie was really big me and Nana split it. I had a turkey bacon it was absomolutely spectabbbbbbbbb yuh

My sister and I went here to have lunch. First ordered gluten free vegetarian panini. And my sister regular bread panini vegetarian. She got two pieces of sandwiches and I only got one just because it's gluten free. That doesn't make sense at all. It didn't taste good so I ordered regular one instead which was better.
It's would be nice if you guys mention ahead of time that just because the gluten free bread it will come out to be just one piece of panini instead of regular bread which comes two pieces. Super tiny piece of sandwich too. Like for toddler size

I had the pleasure of eating at this wonderful deli-style cafe today. Summers in CA can be rough on the appetite. But what a joy to walk in a see salads on the menu that were tastebud-ready!
My salad was "Sarah's spinach salad", which was absolutely full of flavor and colour! We ordered it without croutons, as I can't eat wheat. And lite dressing, which I have to say, the amount that they added was perfect. Not too little, so you could not taste it, and not too much., which is obviously what we did not want.
The flavors were full and a "perfect bite" was a mouth
