HIIT Training can burn a lot of calories in a short amount of time. We find that our participants burn anywhere from 450-1000 calories during a 55-minute session! Participating in this type of class also allows you to burn calories long after the workout is complete because it raises your metabolic rate.

This will allow your body to shift into a "fat-burning" mode. You will also find improvements in your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Personal training isn't complicated; it's exactly what the name states and the trainers at Monmouth Fitness Club will work with you to develop a customized blueprint for meeting your individual goals.
Services
We are so excited to launch this new small group training facility, located in the Southeast section of our club. We will be integrating a MyZone heart rate monitoring system as well! The classes will be designed for you to hit certain "zones" during your workout. This data will help you to get more out of your workouts!
Adam is our early morning Hiit Trainer waking you up with his 5:15am classes! He helps you develop the necessary conditioning to be athletic in every situation life presents. He is all about quality over quantity, not just in working out, but in all aspects of life. Adam will always bring his A game and give you 100% effort.

I love Franki’s fitness classes! She leads great, well-structured workouts, with inspiring music and she is always positive and encouraging! I look forward to the fitness classes here and leave feeling like I’ve worked hard! 👍

Nice, clean gym. Abundance of of cardio equipment. Solid selection of weight-training equipment as well. The Staff are friendly and attentive. The owner is approachable and very helpful. Prices for membership are reasonable. The atmosphere is that of a family friendly, a small-town gym where most of the members know each other by name. It is the overall best gym in town.

Great hometown feel. I feel welcome when I walk in and the staff is very friendly. They don't have all of the machines some heavy lifters may need but they have everything anybody else needs.
