So now I get a call AFTER I cancelled 2 months ago because of covid restrictions in NY and Sam the man wants to know if we are still going??? WHAT! He still wont refund the 300.00 deposit because we had it booked for 8 months before I cancelled. But only because of the covid restrictions. Then he has enough nerve to tell me he won't do business with me again. 1. I will never do business with a company who keeps a families deposit because he is greedy. 2. Can't help it NY has covid mandates. 3. Doesnt keep track of his cancelled reservations, then blames customers they didn't give

Horrible experience - doesn't even deserve 1 star.
I had to track SAM down days before my wedding to confirm the shuttle times. The driver MARK was late each way before and after my wedding. On the way back driver MARK was swerving dangerously and the shuttle smelled of weed and vomit before any of my guests used it.
Everyone was scared with MARK behind the wheel. NEVER USE THEM.

We used A party bus to transport adults to a wedding. Even after calling the week of service to confirm the pick up time the driver arrived 40 minutes late with attitude like it did not matter. Then at the event he told us if we did not pay the balance in cash he would not move the bus. The main office was poor on communication and we happily would have paid the balance in advance if that was what they had asked for. Holding us for ransom was not cool. It's a good thing we had 800 dollars in cash. Too bad for the driver that half of that was supposed to be his tip. Awful experience!

HORRIBLE...stay away.. 90 degree day pulled up no air-conditioning., lied, said they drove with windows open and putting air on now, just to get payment. 24 people dressed for an engagement party, with two 90 years olds on bus had to drive one hour and fifteen minutes in oppressive heat. h

They don't even deserve the 1 star, that's all I've got to say. I'm going to try to be nice, BUT they really stink. I don't care what the other reviewers said about how great their service/limos are. If this happened to you all, you would NOT be giving it 5 stars. It was our sons 30th birthday. YES, a milestone birthday. We rented a party bus, paid the deposit. As a further post to my wife's ShazzGW. Here is why you should think twice about using them. Yes things happen like a limo braking down or being late because of traffic etc. and yes even if they cant find a driver and let you know.
However Sam (the owner) knew they didn't have a driver the night before and never told us. If he says it's because of Shabbos then that it another reason why you should not use them. As my wife said, most limo business is on Friday's & Saturdays and they are unreachable during those times, how can they possibly rectify problems? As a customer

If I can give it no stars,I would Sam is a fake with his advertising and does not own any of his buses,we booked our party months before the date and the night it arrived it was not what we ask for,also he called the driver few hours before our pick time,the driver even said he did,after we called him and him that is what we order,he kept calling trying to tell us to take it any way,we refused it,the day after he calls saying he wants to make it right by giving us the bus we actually asked for,for any day,then we asked for a refund and he's try to lie and say that's not what we asked

I don't really do reviews , but I will say idk why they have bad reviews this company is actually GREAT with reasonable prices the bus was spotless and looked brand new I legit had a blastttt !! For my birthday like legit amazing night out , the driver was very understanding and professional & respectful he did whatever he could to make sure my guest were happy , I for one will definitely book with this company again in the near future and no I'm not a worker for the company I only used there picture you show inside the bus because that's legitimately what that bus looked like

Please do not lie to save face for your company because I have receipts as in email thread. This had nothing to do with not having enough people but all to do with lack of transparency and deceit as refund/cancellation policy was not stated on website or told to me by representative before I booked and I spoke of my apprehension due to the destination. Plans failed for a night in the city because of size of party actually. The very next day within 24 hours of booking when I read confirmation email is when I read full disclosures from your company. I hope this has been updated on the website and

Buyer Beware!! We rented an antique white rolls for the wedding- it was a hunk of junk!
Was late showing up, car wouldn't start- we had to find jumper cables, after the ceremony,
The car went a short distance to a spot to take pictures; again the car wouldn't start and the bride and groom had to uber to their reception!
The driver still wanted to be paid cash, and threatened us when we objected.
Do yourself a favor and don't go near this company under any circumstances!
I only wish I had read some of the other many negative reviews.....

Another great experience with US Bargain Limo! Sam and team is always so attentive and accommodating with planning. This year for our birthday wine tour, our driver was Ken. He was GREAT! Worst limo company ever. We booked a limo for an 8 hour night to drive friends and I around the city for my bachelorette party. They called the day before and confirmed the driver and his phone number. No one showed up! No one would answer the phone! I was so upset and when I called that persons number they gave me, he told me he didn't accept the job and suggested I call Uber! This company completely ruined my entire night, we missed our dinner reservations and everything else we had planned for the night. The company then offers me 20% off a future service? Like I would ever give this company

Firstly, I've never felt inclined to write a review on Yelp before, but I feel it is my duty to save any poor souls from this sham of a company. I'm assuming all the 5 star reviews are from fake accounts set up by the employees at this company because this "company" is a joke.

About one month ago my friend got married and hired this limo service. Drivers were on time, however refused to leave for at least 25 minutes because he argued with the groom about a balance he ALREADY paid in advance. Which made us late.
The driver went to the wrong place when going back to pick up girls... which made us even more late. The ceremony started hour late because of this. The Rolls Royce the bride and groom ordered for after the ceremony had no air conditioning on a very hot day, leaving the bride to look like she's been through hell when she finally got dropped off at the venue
