From our tasting with my parents to the wedding reception, Chef Jonas and his team did a wonderful job providing food that was absolutely DELICIOUS at our pandemic wedding. We really appreciated that they were very flexible as we needed to adjust head counts at the last minute due to changes in gathering limits. Although we only had 30 people at our wedding, between vegan guests and picky eaters in our family, designing a menu that everyone would love was a real challenge. Chef Jonas worked with us to make sure that we had something for everyone from the appetizers to dessert, without breaking

Everything was Epic!
Island Fusion Catering did my wedding recently and they knocked it out of the park. I had asked for a Bonito (Aku) Tataki and Ahi Tataki Japanese recipe that was very particular in which was super super good, along with everything else. The desert was also a huge hit.
The the flexibility was really nice to have with them.
The set up was professional, the food stations were well taken care of and nobody was hungry. The whole operation was super smooth and we got a lot of comments from our guests saying how good and how smooth food operation was.
I highly recommend them.

We are a Canadian couple and went with Island Fusion for our catering with the recommendation by Luana Events, our wedding coordinator. Their menu looked good but during the course of our interaction with them, their customer service was not satisfactory to us in our opinion. We had to reschedule our wedding when the pandemic began, but as the pandemic dragged on, we were eventually forced to cancel 9 months prior due to the uncertainty with restrictions and lockdowns. Island Fusion held our 50% deposit but only decided to return half of our deposit after cancellation. So our deposit was about

I've been working with Jonas for over 10 years now. Each event that his company has catered, the food has been spectacular. He is so creative and comes up with really tasty fusion dishes. I absolutely love his food stations. The presentation is always beautiful and he is always generous with the portions. If you are looking for an amazing wedding caterer, you can't go wrong with Island Fusion Catering!
