Our neighbor relentlessly stirs up conflict by screaming at my wife and I and calling security on us for dancing and sometimes dropping our dancing props well before quiet hours begin.
Most people are extremely community minded including the on property staff member Ashley who is a great listener. But unfortunately for us, we have to deal with people who don’t want to treat this like a community.

Johnathan was amazing helping us get moved in right away from out of town. He sent us pictures, answered all our questions, even made it possible for us to pick up the keys when our arrival to move in got pushed back after office hours. Frank the maintenance guy always got our service requests done quickly. The neighbors are great here, absolutely loved living here. The landscaping around the complex is kept super nice. We had a newly renovated townhome, the closet was the size of a whole other room! Only complaint I wish the jacuzzi and gym were a little nicer.

Way over priced for what you get. The place looks beautiful, until you move in and realize your toilets need repair often, light fixtures and outlets go out often, and overall the cabinet and other wall fixtures are cheap and barely cheap and barely hold. Overall just over priced wouldn't recommend for the van mall area.

This place looks nice, but the walls and floors are thin. Can hear neighbors. We had ants, regardless of repeatedly letting management know. Once to the office manager, twice to other people on staff in the office. Still nothing was done. Charged us nearly 2 grand when we left due to financial reasons, and previously mentioned issues. Didn't get a forwarding address, didn't call us to get one, didn't email... and sold it to collections before we ever were notified *even though they called, and emailed us about other issues such as survey's and monthly updates.... after we had moved out.

I just want to let you know how much I appreciate not only the (fairly) new owners and the Pinnacle Management company, but also the fabulous manager we have in Jonathan. He is by far the best manager I've ever seen. He's straightforward about what he can or can't do; he follows through in a timely manner, and really seems to care about his residents and about the quality of his work.

RENTERS BEWARE. I emphatically suggest you avoid renting here. New management is horrible. Sure it looks nice on the outside, but you'll literally be able to hear your neighbors conversations through the walls. I feel extra sorry for you if you rent on the ground floor. The hot tub is regularly down for maintenance, and they forget to unlock the padlock (yes they padlock the pool area) almost daily. The "gym equipment" is decades old, and the units are overpriced. Not to mention they'll raise your rent by $100 with each lease renewal. I urge you to look elsewhere. Heed my warning.
