Monica began as a powder girl for television at Silver Cup Studios making sure all sorts of people from Diane Von Furstenberg to Elvis impersonators appeared "non-shiny" on national TV. Coming from a small city in the South, this was a dream come true. Ultimately, her love of skincare and makeup had her working in various department stores and Madison Avenue boutiques.

This review is long overdue. I started my laser hair removal journey with Monica last year. She provides the best and most comforting service! I haven't met anyone as professional as her in New York. I wish I could give Monica 10 stars! She's the sweetest soul and is clearly passionate about what she does. She explained to me every step of the process - as a first-timer, I was extremely nervous but she made me feel at ease.
My entire procedure was quick and painless. I was in and out in about 20 minutes! Laser hair removal feels like a series of pinches, some a little more painful than others.
The cherry on top? Her prices are by far one of the most affordable, out of all of the places I've researched. I'm not from New York and would probably continue treatment in San Francisco

I reached out to Monica after I did not have good results at another place. She was very prompt with my initial inquiry and honest during my consultation. She did not try to sell me any packages but recommended that I try one session first.
I have had two sessions so far and the results are great. The actual treatment is not painful as other places because of the cooling system that she uses; it blows cold air continuously to numb the area.

Even men have unwanted hair. Monica was very personable, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt like a friend when first meeting her and after my second appointment I felt like I have known her for a longtime. Hard to say that In NYC. Very accommodating with southern hospitality. Excellent, top quality service. Monica's facility is super welcoming and very "spa" like, much less "medical" as some laser places. Her temperament is calming and I even fell asleep at my last treatment. I'm midway through full legs and upper lip treatment and I'm already seeing results. Make sure you research types of lasers thoroughly and you will discover that Monica uses the best and is a true professional. If you want RESULTS and a peaceful experience (it doesn't hurt at all, trust me) you should choose Monica.

My mother & I have been loyal clients of Monica's for over 5 1/2 years, so we were beyond excited to hear that she had opened her own place. Monica is amazing! I have been going to her for about 2 years (focusing on different areas as I saw great results). I'm delighted that Monica opened her own business, I have never met anyone who knows more about this field than she does. Besides being very knowledgeable and experienced, you can feel her passion for her work and her business, it's wonderful being around her. The sessions fly and you are less hairy before you know it.
