I normally don't write reviews on yelp but They were so rude and really need to learn better customer service!!! If anyone decides to get any type of services from here good luck because after getting yelled at through the phone you have to wait hours for your service to get completed. I really wanted to give no stars at all so they are lucky they even got one. I rather anyone take their business elsewhere. Horrible!!!

We needed our sliding door lock fixed and Mike came to the rescue. He fixed it for a reasonable price, and also changed all the locks in the house, giving us an extra key for free.
He was very friendly and personable, and made the whole experience really stress-free. He's also very knowledgeable about locks, but isn't pushy about getting you to use one or the other.
I really appreciated his thoroughness and thoughtfulness.

So, I'm kind of an idiot. It's Sunday evening. I parked my car in a shopping plaza, turned off the radio, and hopped out of the car, locking the car door as I shut it. And I'm walking towards the store patting my pockets to find my wallet and phone where they should be, but where are my keys? Of course, I left them in the car. Wait, are they still in the ignition?
