Kevin was quick to respond and schedule our inspection. Once the inspection was completed, we received the report back same day and it was very thorough and informative. So much information that my husband and I wouldn’t have even thought to check for. Very pleased with his work and even have him coming to do another to ensure issues were fixed! Highly recommended!

Kevin, was friendly and on time. My sister referred Kevin about a month ago. On both properties He was Very through with inspection from roof to crawl space. He checked all systems of the home. Took pictures of things that need repairs and of his readings when necessary. I had his report the same day. And both of His reports were very detailed, east to understand. Great job Kevin. As a first time home-buyer, Kevin put our mind at ease from the very first phone call.
