Wes did a wonderful job inspecting our home, not only that, but took all the time on the phone I needed to address each and every issue down to small details and answered all my questions, gave me a lot of confidence moving forward with my purchase. Very professional and informative guy. Knows his stuff. He climbs in attics, has all the gadgets to get the job done right very friendly and respectful. I'm a first time buyer and he made me feel very comfortable about the house I was purchasing that I had some concerns about. Will give professional suggestions if your not sure what or how to do something in a home the correct way. I will definitely use him again and highly suggest him of any home inspection or renovation because he's also a builder.

As a first time home buyer, I was unsure about all of the little details when looking for repairs. Mr. Wesley encouraged me to be present during inspection so he could show me first hand what to look for. My wife and I are first time home buyers. I've only been able to read and research the process of buying a house. We do not have a "buyer's agent" but instead are using a transaction broker(unbeknownst to us until after closing had begun). That being said, everything that I have researched recommended being there for the home inspection to see for your own eyes the problems and repairs that need to be made before making a decision on buying a house. Wesley was a professional from the beginning to finish. He took his time and thoroughly inspected the home and property. After his inspection, I felt comfortable moving forward with my purchase. Not only did we discuss his findings prior to his departure the day of the inspection, but he also took the time to discuss his entire report once available the following day.
