Nathan has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Born into a family of builders, he grew up on job sites and learned the ins and outs of the trade at a very early age. He spent the majority of his adult years as a supervisor framing houses for Southern Home Framing. He has also built many new homes from the ground up and knows the process well.
A home inspection is a non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a residential property (as delineated below), performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components defined by these Standards that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.

Great job guys. I use these guys to inspect my roofs for my customers and they do a great job. Just follow the directions and take photos as told and things move along well. As a business owner I use anytime it’s needed. Don’t waist time with the others they do a great job and want hold you up.

Nathan is a true professional and a great person. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in home construction. It was a privilege to have knockout Home Inspections on our side. The inspector was on time, did a very thorough job of inspecting, met with us when he was done to walk through the house and point out any and all concerns, answered questions without ever making us feel like he was in a hurry to be out of the house, sent the report incredibly promptly, and took very good care of my son, who is young and buying his first house. It's nice to feel like you're being looked after, especially with something as major as your first house. If you need a home inspection use Knockout and ask for Charles Sturma!

Nathan was awesome! He arrived on time and was very thorough. For a first-time homebuyer like myself, I really appreciated his breakdown of different issues within the home and what all he was looking for. He brought several items to my attention that I would have otherwise overlooked so very appreciative of him and the Knockout team! They called to confirm prior to the inspection. They gave me the option to either pre-pay or pay at the time of service. Knockout is very professional, and I would recommend them to anyone needing a home inspection!
