Services
Call Immediately if you have an emergency. Emergency requests consist of: Loss of heat, broken pipes resulting in water leakage, severe plumbing issues (this does not include a dripping faucet), structural damage. Please use common sense when determining if repair constitutes an emergency and help take steps to avoid further damage.
Proper tenant screening can make the difference in how your property performs and how happy you are as an owner. That's why Wild West Property Management's screening criteria is one of the highest in the area. Credit reports, criminal background, employment/income verifications, and prior rental/housing references/history are thoroughly checked.

This are very rude ! they well sell stuff out under you then you have to move ! If you have a problem with someone they well not help to solve it! By the way we have a doy that barks all night long my wife gets up and goes to work 4 in the morning we called Jason on it well WELL NOT do anything about it !!!!! How rude !!

We applied for a rental the end March and were 3rd in line. The end of April Jason called, said we were at the top of the list and did we still want him to run our app. I agreed as we had been waiting a month and were ready to move to a larger home. On May 3rd we were notified we were approved; we were told they could only hold the rental for 7 days. We chose to pay the deposits of $2300 ($800 for two indoor cats), and the rent for the new home as well as rent at the apartment we were moving out of. I have resided in my duplex not even two months and I’m being evicted over a lie about pets my neighbors told the owner of the property!! No one is in the office to answer any calls all week long and I work when they are open so I can’t go in. Very unprofessional and my rental agreement was broken when the owner allergic the neighbor come into my property when I wasn’t home to fix a non broken dish washer I never complained about!!!

If I could give zero stars i would. We just finally got answers on our deposit after getting the run around from Jason for the past 3 days. Every time we have tried to call it goes directly to VM. This has been going on for most of the day for the past week. He has been very unprofessional and very rude as well. He couldn't even remember who i was when I spoke with him in person earlier in the day.
Now on to WWPM. They are awesome and willing to work with you when you move in and when you hand them the money but move outs are horrible. We have rented with them for 5 years and were only late on

Jason has been pretty helpful in everything I've needed so far. We moved into a 1 bedroom then decided that wouldn't work with a baby on the way and being so far from family. We had someone take over our lease which took FOREVER leading to MORE money paid out by us then they take a million little charges off our deposit so the amount I was expecting back was incorrect. I'm sorry, but when you only live in a rental for a month and clean when you move out, a cleaning fee is freaking unnecessary!
