We established Free Property Management in 2011 and experienced substantial growth in the ensuing years. In 2015, we had the opportunity to purchase High Desert Property Management, (HDPM). By combining the strengths of these two companies, HDPM now covers a larger market share in Central Oregon.

Our portfolio of homes includes properties located in Redmond, Bend, Sisters, Terrebonne and Prineville. These cities are part of the beautiful and diverse Deschutes, Crook and Jefferson Counties in Central Oregon.
Prospective residents: All rental listings and availability are subject to change without notification. Each adult 18 years of age and older must complete and submit an On-Line Application with a payment of a $45 application fee. Application fees are non-refundable once application processing begins.
Our job is to fulfill any necessary maintenance and repair requests, receive rents and fees, perform periodic scheduled inspections, and address any concerns you may have regarding the property you have chosen to call home. You will need to turn your irrigation water on when the weather requires it, as it was shut off during winterization.
