Performance Properties has created a page called, "Belinda Addie Smith Exposed" This Property Management company owned by Nori Falconeri in West Linn, OR is incurable cancer. They do not have qualified maintenance staff. They promise the owners of the homes and apartments that they will not spend money on repairs. Once you lease, their "pretty" homes and apartments, and the dust settles, you find that it's been a game of mirrors, a facade the entire time. Their homes and apartments are money pits. 2016: Residents of Putnam Pointe are LIVING IN TERROR because a resident diagnosed as psychotic attacked a neighbor with a knife, but was allowed to stay a resident. He was protected by mental health laws while seeking treatment but has now begun violating lease requirements by smoking and harassing and threatening neighbors and screaming out that he will kill someone from his apartment. Still, Putnam Pointe refuses to evict him - despite having just cause, that will not violate mental health laws - and are leaving all of their residents at risk of being killed by him. Legally, they are justified

My family and I have been renting a townhome from this group for four years. When we moved in, our unit was not properly cleaned and had several deferred maintenance issues, all of which were brought up to the management staff;
- unraveling carpet
- leak under kitchen sink
- appliance issues
- huge potholes in parking lot
Two years ago the property manager failed to secure a snow removal contract PRIOR to snow season causing my sons and I to shovel cars out of the parking lot for SEVEN hours.
Our most recent ordeal came when our dryer broke. The manager sent a maintenance person (I use this

This company is full of ethically challenged individuals. We lived at a property for two years and it was dirty when we moved in - all documented. We gave notice and they took 50% of the deposit even though they said they would not because we cane to them with 3 tenants and they were able to rent it for more then we were.
We then received a bill saying things had not been done even thought we have pictures and the walk through person telling us and signing that the place was perfect.; We will be taking them to court but I would not rent form them unless you want to loose your deposit for not good
