I have always had good care here. I had two babies and the labor and delivery is excellent. I also went to the emergency room feeling horrible and was in so much pain I could barely walk and they got me in pretty quick for how busy they were, they were very good and efficient running all the tests I needed to figure out what was wrong, they made my diagnosis and wrote me a prescription and gave me some medicine and I started feeling better later that night and even more so by the next day. The lady running the cat scan Machine was also very thorough and explained everything well and everyone was

I’ve been fortunate in my life to not have used hospital services often. Several years ago I was placed in the ICU at Carson Tahoe - both the ER and ICU were an amazing experience for what it was. On December 17th, 2021 I was in a traffic accident, someone ran a stop sign & t-boned me. I was taken away in an ambulance to Carson Tahoe, first time I had been back in years. I’m not sure what has happened to this hospital, but they seriously need to get it together. Their incompetence is egregious. I could write out the entire experience, but I think the summary will explain… It was a level of

I have been to this hospital's ER several times in the past 12 years, they always help me. They could be faster, ofcourse, what hospital ER is quick?
I have been seen for Migraines, Gallbladder Attacks, Flank Pain, While i was pregnant they saw me for my son not moving a whole bunch that day (he was just tired 😂), I gave birth to my son here, i originally was trying to do a Natural Birth, but after my son getting stuck in my birthing canal, he and i both starting to send out D cells, I had to (quickly) move into an emergency C-section. The whole team was GREAT. They all were more than helpful

A few weeks ago I brought a friend to the ED for care. My friend received great care from everyone in the ED including the hospitalist (Dr. Sallabery) and the med/onc staff. As a visitor, I was so impressed with the cosmetics of the facility: the bridge from the hospital to Sierra was so beautiful and the ED was clean as a whistle. Everyone was very kind and I was so impressed. Thank you for all you do.

The absolute rudest and un human staff in the entire universe. Not on just one occasion. This is the second time I brought my dad in to be seen. They need lawsuit after lawsuit brought against them! My dad is very sick, and we can’t get no answers. The hospital referred him to a specialist who can see him on March 19th. He won’t be alive if he has to wait that long. What a joke! I know no one cares about the well being of my dad but I do!

Tracy in labor and delivery was the most kind and useful nurse I have ever seen. She made sure my wife and I were very comfortable during our stay while waiting on the arrival of our daughter. On our second day there she even requested to have my wife as a patient again and even stayed past her shift to meet our little girl. If you see this Tracy thank you so much for going above and beyond for us! -The Smith Family

The worst experience. Rude and uncaring nurses. They treated me like I was trying to get over on them. I was told by the Emts that I could get a ride home through the ER. I was told no way by the ER staff. They told me I could wait until morning in the waiting room for the bus!!!! I just moved here and Don't know anyone. I finally got a taxi voucher and the triage nurse (Ken) I think told me 3 times not to expect this in the future, this isn't California.

My Dad went to the ER and had to wait for 2 hours just to get a bed in the hallway. Everybody was courteous but very slow. Once seen by medical staff they were efficient and attentive. But had to wait in excessive pain in the lobby. Lots of patients leaving but no patients entering. Not sure why it took so long to be seen as it was 11:30 on a weekday. Didn't they just expand their ER?

I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. I will be forever thankful to them for saving my life. As a nurse we’re always the worst patients or very critical of everyone else providing care. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was amazing at their job. The hospitality was unlike any other hospital I had been to. I thank God every day that he put these wonderful Nurses, doctors, phlebotomists, dietary and sanitation personnel in my life. I have to personally highlight Nurse Barbara, Carrie, Dr. Perry, and Dr. Null for keeping sane through it all.

Was in town on a business trip for a few days, and left all my medicines at home. Started to have some pretty wicked withdrawal pains on the fourth night on the road, thought I could push through them, but ended up just heading to the emergency room here late one night. They were more than helpful, very understanding, got me a dose of what I needed to get me through the night, and a prescription to fill the next day. They really got me out of a tight jam and I am very appreciative of the emergency room staff.
