I had a very good experience with Pride Roofing. When I called to see about getting some roof and gutter work done on my house, Jeremy was able to quickly and efficiently get me my free estimate. He and his crew were friendly and professional and did a terrific job. I was really happy at how smoothly and easily everything went and would definitely hire Pride Roofing again for any future work.

I'm disappointed in my experience with this company. I had two employees come out for an estimate for a roof repair and possible roof replacement. They showed up on time and went over the different options for repairing the roof, or replacing it. I was impressed with their knowledge and recommendations, and I was told that I would receive an estimate by close of business that day. Unfortunately I never received the estimate. Over the next week I called and left two voicemails, and followed up with two emails asking where the estimate was as I was seriously considering using this company for

I had a roof vent for the microwave that was letting in water whenever we got a hard rain. I purchased a roof vent and was going to have a buddy replace it, but he was busy, so I contacted Pride Roofing instead.

Initial consult with David was fantastic, Jeremy kept me aware from start to finish, and the guy that did the work on my roof did an incredible job. All of that said, they were the only local company that could get to me in the near future, and their work is impeccable! I was told I have about 10-12 years left on my roof, but I know who I'm calling when it comes time to do that job. Pride Roofing LLC will get my business. I recently had an emergency situation where a storm had blown off the entire metal roof on one of the dormers on my roof. To make things worse, rain was once again in the forecast and still water was dripping into my son's room from the night before. I was in need of a competent roofing company and I needed help fast.
My first call was answered promptly and my issue was met with compassion and understanding, Jeremy Hatter advised me that he had a job nearby that was finishing up and the worker would be over within a couple of hours. I got a call from him in route and he advised me of an eta.

Needed an attic fan replaced. Called them and they came out next day and completed the job. Jeremy was great to work with. He gave me a really great price and warranty. He answered any questions I had. He was very nice and helpful. I had a a bunch of questions and keep calling him back but I never felt as if I was bothering him. In fact he encouraged questions. The techs that came out were great. Completed the job to my satisfaction. Will use them again for additional work.

I used Pride Roofing for repairs needed on my roof in October/November 2012. The company quickly responded to my inquiry for someone to examine my roof and troubleshoot the problems. The company reps, especially Jeremy, did an outstanding assessment and took pictures of the issues he identified and showed them to me. The company prepared an estimate quickly, clearly detailed what they would do to fix the roof problems, and scheduled my work for completion w/i a week after preparing the estimate. The repair work went well and I felt the reps did excellent work. They didn't leave my house
