They do not have the staffing to actually provide services. When they even bother to call when a to let you know that they don't have anyone to come that day and they are looking for someone, no one shows up your just left waiting and wondering knowing it's not going to happen! They have sent me some people who think they should just sit on my couch playing on their phone or reading watching me struggle not offering any assistance.
In conclusion I don't know how this is beneficial in my case it's just more frustration to a already frustrating situation.

I as a neighbor am speaking up for my elder disabled neighbor..
whom is bound to her chair 24 hours a day. Only time out of the chair is 3-5X's when chair raises her just enough to relieve herself in containers next to her then sit back down. Not able to walk or leave her chair.
Multiple weekends she had caregivers come late, leave messes in her bathroom, kitchen, snd not care for her needs as she request or with expected responsability. Let alone with compassion or empathy!!
I am speaking in her behalf after what had happened Sunday Sept 23rd. Her scheduled caregiver did not show up so

We had several caregivers through 1st Premier, (only two of whom were excellent) who had problems tearing themselves away from the TV, laptops, hobbies, cellphones, or going outside to smoke, helping themselves to our pantry, freezer, and refrigerator, (even packing up our food and taking it home with them) while they left my father parked in his chair and ignored him. When we complained to the administrator, the problems grew worse. After our first experience of complaining about a caregiver rushing our dad around and failing to interact with him, she was spoken to by the 1st Premier administration
