Founded upon a desire to be a blessing to its surrounding community, FootPrints provides home care services through private pay or through long term care insurance. FootPrints' primary service is non-medical, in-home senior care.

Footprints took care of my grandmother and we were not pleased with how they took care of her. my grandmother was left unsupervised because they wasn’t much help to take care of the patients. footprints was only concerned with the money they were receiving. i wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. the good reviews posted are from the footprints owners and current employees.

FootPrints is truly the most important Home Care Company in ABQ that everyone residing here needs to know about. After calling every home care provider in ABQ, only to discover non offered one day care -- sighting Hipaa paperwork, etc., it was not worth their time and energy -- I was about to cancel my surgery procedure. Luckily, I discovered FootPrints and Shelley Hennie who came to my home immediately to set things up. It is not about how much money FootPrints Home Care can or can not make in helping you, it is about providing a service that was most needed by this senior who just moved to the

We have used FootPrints Home Care for two years and they are reliable and efficient. Our caregiver Debbie is compassionate and efficient in her care for my father-in-law and the office staff is very friendly and helpful. We have never gone without a caregiver when we have requested services. When we went on vacation for 9 days last year, they had caregivers the entire time and we knew he would be taken care of accordingly. The services are worth the value and they are a great company!

I was an employee for 3 years. Pay was descent and i got a raise. At the beginning it was a good company to work for but there was some kind of split within the company and they were short of staff. So en i got complaints from clients about them not having staff to help them. Footprints was not transparent about what the split up meant or how it affected benefits. Very disappointing.

I had my mom in care of footprints but they were not taking care of her properly. Staff was not properly trained there were times they would leave her exposed and walk out of her room. Other times in cold weather they would leave her window open as late as midnight. Staff was instructed not to pick up my calls. As far as I’m concerned footprints is not professionally trained to run a nursing home.

I've worked with Footprints for over a year now. I work in a senior living community, and staff from Footprints see our residents quite often. I see the interactions between Footprints and our residents, and they are always friendly, attentive, and respectful. I recommend Footprints to families who come in needing some more assistance. They have flexibility in their scheduling and rates to meet the needs of everyone, as best as they can. Their administrative staff also participate in events hosted in our community, so that our residents get to know them more. I appreciate that they are so involved

I want to report the excellent service that I have had with FootPrints Home Care. I just had cataract surgery and needed transportation to and from the surgery location for two days. The care givers were every caring, supportive, personable, efficient, and professional. I felt totally at ease with them. They even stopped off at a local What a Burger so I could order take out for the day since I was not going to be able to cook that day. I highly recommend FootPrints to anyone who needs home health care. They are excellent.
