I was quoted a much lower price for a lockout then what I actually was charged.. when I try to explain this to the man who came out he said there must've been a mixup with the dispatcher it was what it was so we ended up paying a lot more than what we were quoted... He even had the audacity to say just bill it to your insurance you'll get refunded...Very poor way to run a business... Would not use them again

Straight Scam !! I called yesterday looking for a jump Start for my car the guy I spoke with said it would be an hour till someone came gave him my card info and everything said it would an 50 cancellation fee if I canceled. No need to do anything because they never showed! I couldn't even make it to work end up just buying a battery and swapping it out once ! I wouldn't recommend this company at all! It's funny tho because I called back three times looking for an update and they would put me on hold for like 15 minutes and the phone would disconnect!
