I needed a tow. I thought calling a local tow company to tow three blocks, less than a mile would work out just fine. I called these fine folks up and they said half an hour to forty five minutes. Perfect. Three hours later after many phone calls when the driver was "almost there" they finally arrived. Tow took ten minutes and they charged me 40 dollars more than they quoted me. Stay away from this service.

Spent a terrible 90 minutes on the side of the freeway in the middle of the night after being quoted a 45 minute arrival time. Not only did the driver never show, but the company stopped taking calls, which meant I had no idea when to expect them... or even if. Eventually had to give up and call another company, accepting a cancellation fee nearly the price I would have paid for the tow. Give this company and their predatory “services” a pass.

I needed a jump start. So, the lady on the phone said it would be 25 to 35 minutes. The guy called about 20 minutes later, and then said it would be 25 to 35 minutes. She said it would cost between 35 and 85 dollars. About 30 minutes later he arrived. He did the job fast, and then the bad news, 85 dollars PLUS a service call charge. So, there we are at 135 dollars. It was worth it, but I would say it was a bit over-priced for a simple jump start. Also, FULL cost needs to be revealed ON the call for service.

After losing keys to my 2013 Mercedes E350, I decided to schedule an appointment for a towing service the next morning. I searched online and found 24 hour towing. I spoke to a representative to make arrangements. She was very polite & helpful also answered all my questions.The next morning the driver arrived at 8am as schedule.
