It was awesome to be sitting there in between procedures and hear all the laughing and just HAPPY and easy conversations!!!!....They have a very amazing atmosphere and family environment and comfort level not very common to most dentist offices or even most businesses!!!. I love the staff at Champagne Dental. From the front desk to the Doc. I really hate dental work, even cleanings, but they make the experience better with their positive attitudes and efficient teamwork. At my cleaning I was able to tell them about an issue I had with a chipped tooth. They made sure it was taken care of that same appointment.

One can never call it a "fun" experience when going to the dentist but Dr. Schiro and Cory (sp?) certainly made the experience much more comfortable. They kept things fun yet professional and made sure I was pain free while prepping and setting a new crown and drilling out and putting in a new filling. Everyone in the office were kind and seemed to care about your well being. My wife and I just moved here 6 months ago and we feel we picked the best dentist office in the Sparks area. Thanks again and will see you in 6 for a checkup/cleaning!

I had to wait almost 15 minutes after my appointment time and then after being brought back to the cleaning area I had to wait 10 more minutes before my hygienist came to do the actual cleaning.
I know that if I showed up 15 late I would probably have rescheduled my appointment.
The persons I dealt with seemed very pleasant and the cleaning itself was efficient and very well done.

It’s my first time to get a tooth extraction here in US and I choose Champagne Family Dentistry and with the help of our Almighty God and the review of their clients I decided to try what kind of services and how good the staff here and I thank God my decision is perfect it all went perfect. I have been looking for a good dental office for a very long time and I finally found not just a good place but, an all around terrific one! The front office staff was great. The dental assistant and hygienist were amazing! The dentist was wonderful too! To be fair I am not an easy patient. I have sensitive teeth and due to previous bad experiences with dental work I have a lot of anxiety. Every staff member I came in contact with was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding.

My experience with Dr Shiro was outstanding. She did an amazing job with an almost impossible situation. This was my first experience with her as she is in network for my dental plan. I am thrilled to have been assigned to her. She listened, she explained, I am so satisfied! Her Tech McKenzie (?) was also awesome, caring & efficient!

My wife and I changed dentist as our previous dentist canceled my cleaning appointment as their computers were down. Didn’t understand that. That’s what broke the camel’s back. We called and were immediately treated like family. The paperwork process was easy. Our appointments were on time and thorough. Both of us were very impressed. Champagne family dentistry is a great practice and I’d highly recommend. They have provided great recommendations that have helped my husband and I with grinding and sensitivity while keeping costs low. But the real testimony is how they are with my children. I finally have a dentist that is providing long term care and we are cavity free for the first time in a long time. In addition, they specialize with children of special needs. They are kind and always put their patients first. If you have a family, I’d recommend you check them out.

I cannot say enough of how wonderful Dr Drew and this whole practice is. They are professional, polite, and explain everything thoroughly making it an easy process. I have always had a fear of dental procedures but not here! They are passionate about what they do and it shows. It brings peace of mind & I couldn't be more grateful! Staff are not helpful at all when re-scheduling deep cleaning. They wanted to be scheduled 3 months ahead of times and not understanding that not everyone has a M-F 8-5 job. Rude on the phone everytime i tried to re-schedule. Is it ib their mind dental cleaning is more important than work? How are we supposed to pay for cleaning if we are not working? Will be looking for a new dental office that are not snob.

Today I met with a hygienist I believe her name is Michelle. I felt as though she rushed my cleaning she didn't take her time at all. When scraping she missed a lot plaque I could feel after my appointment and stabbing my gums with the tool, she just skimmed my teeth while brushing them and missed a couple teeth, didn't bother to clean my wisdom teeth that are half out of the gym, she didn't give me mouth wash to clean out my mouth so I had to use their tap water in the restroom rinse out my mouth. Then rushed me out saying "you can just go ahead and leave now". I hate

My appointments are always made in advance and work with my schedule.
If an emergency happens ( my crown fell off once!)
they usually can get you in the same day!
The office staff are all friendly and professional.
I definitely recommend Champagne dentistry if you're looking for a new dentist.
They also offer pediatric dentists in the same office.
Today I got mint fluoride which my insurance covers!

Champagne Family Dentistry is absolutely the best! My entire family of 5 goes here and I can tell you without a doubt, this is the best dental service we have ever had! I recently had some tooth pain and they got me in the NEXT morning. Dr. Michelle Schiro made sure to look at my problem with the best care. Champagne Family Dentistry is phenomenal! My fiancé has been coming here for a few years now and it was about time I found a new dentist so I ended up becoming a patient here. I had a very thorough initial appointment where they took xrays of my mouth along with various pictures before I had my first cleaning. Dr. Schiro is the dentist in which I chose to see and she is great-- the first day I was there she filed a small chip I had in one of my teeth down and made sure I was satisfied with the way it felt.

Our 4yr old daughter wouldn't go near a dentist without freaking out but after meeting Mr. & Mrs. Champagne and there assistant Melissa, she's is hooked. Clean office, great attitudes, and prompt professional services. Mrs. Champagne and Melissa treated our daughter with love and kindness, they took time to make her feel comfortable and safe before starting her dental work. Took my 19 month old here for her first dentist visit and it was amazing! Their whole team is friendly and professional and make the whole visit comfortable and relaxing. I was afraid my daughter would be scared and cry but they were so nice to us she immediately felt safe and comfortable! I highly recommend taking your little one to Champagne! Full disclosure I don't take amazing care of my teeth and had a tooth break. Because my son needed braces are waited on getting my tooth fixed.
Well today happened to be the day it decided to be one of the worst pains I've ever experienced. The staff was courteous and informed me they may not be able to get me in. After about five minutes they let me know they could get me in but it might be a little bit of a wait.
Within five minutes I was called back and a few minutes after that Dr. Ricciardi came in and told me what was needed.

I had a cleaning today. Anahi did my cleaning. She was great. Dr. Michelle Schiro was my Dentist today. She is always nice and knowledgeable. I'm the type of person that does not like going to the dentist and they always make me feel comfortable at Champagne without having to resort to Nitros. I was in and out in an hour. I would love to say I'm looking forward to my next visit. That would be a lie, and I'm not dreading my next appointment there.
