Audrey, a fourth-generation resident of the Central Coast, is the company's founder and brings over 20 years of experience and passion to her company and the property management industry. She stays on top of state and local regulations, changing laws and industry standards, all while overseeing and participating as the company's Broker.
Online advertising and promoting property/spaces through our relationships in the community as well as other leasing agents and brokers. Work regularly with current tenants to maintain long-term relationships and tenant retention. Working with Buyers and Sellers throughout the Monterey Peninsula, California.
Our co-working concept looks to support local businesses and non-profits in their success. We provide a clean, professional, hip environment that offers networking and creativity amongst members. Our spaces are offered on a 6-month, 12-month, or month-to-month bases making it easy for your business to expand and contract.
Includes 24 hour access to available workspace. A great option for professionals that have a home office and prefer to conduct business from an office space or take a break from working out of the home. Work space will always be available, though a private desk may not-they are on a first come, first serve basis for basic members.

Finding a quality property management company to rent from is tough in the Monterey+Salinas area. 36 North is trustworthy, reasonable, and responsive. Could not have asked for a better experience from move in to move out. No hidden items in the lease or sudden fees during the move out inspection!

I'm not a fan of this property management company, their customer service is distasteful and not an all-around good experience. Every time I call to receive clarification on additional fees or in general, there is always someone who answers with an attitude, under trained leasing staff. I wish they would learn some training when dealing with customers. This isn’t where you want to go they’ll make up stories to keep most of your security deposit. Stay away from them.

Audrey and her team at 36 North have done an outstanding job of managing a multiunit apartment complex that I purchased. I recently acquired the property and Audrey has been diligent in making necessary improvements due to years of deferred maintenance. My goal is to provide a safe, enjoyable place to live for the tenants and Audrey shares that vision. She listens to tenants and deals with issues at the property in a prompt and direct fashion. Her monthly reports are clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend 36 North Property management.
