We provide painting, staining and specialty coating solutions that protect, restore, and maintain buildings and structures throughout the Pacific Northwest. We have been assisting community managers, portfolio managers, asset managers and homeowners with repainting their properties for over two decades.
It's difficult to manage construction from out of state. Having a partner like GreenPointe made remote project management much easier because of their attention to detail and exceptional communication. I look forward to working with them again. Lake Oswego United Church of Christ hired GreenPointe Design and Construction to paint a large meeting space in our church on April 2020. GreenPoint's owner, Dan Green, was approachable and friendly. He sent us great painters, the job came in on budget, and truly exceeded our expectations. Felix, head painter, and his crew did an exceptional job. These painters were skilled, efficient, on time, and easy to communicate with. We plan to call GreenPointe Design and Construction for any painting needs in the future!

We live in a 1911 four story condo building in NW Portland. Our building was in dire need of repair and a total re-paint. We received 4 bids - all from excellent companies. The bids were close in price and it was a difficult decision for our HOA. We decided on GreenePoint because Dan was so enthusiastic and willing to work with us and our many concerns. They did an EXCELLENT job. They were so easy and pleasant to work with. They always kept me up to date on what was happening and when, responded immediately to any questions I had.
