On all our wood fences we use only pressure treated posts and rails as a standard start up package which will be set at the proper depth with a solid concrete base, railing will be secured with a galvanized fence rail bracket. We offer galvanized PostMaster fence steel posts instead of wood pressure treated posts for just an additional charge per post.
Not One Issue Regarding Professionalism, Timeliness, Price, Or Quality Of Workmanship. He and His Family Take Great Pride In Doing What They Do & In Doing It Well. It Was As Though He Was Working On His Own House. I've Had Several Comments From Neighbors & Friends That Have Asked For His Card. They built a beautiful deck for me in Lake Oswego (with very strict building codes).

Sunrise Construction is exceptional! We have a severe challenging sloped backyard that was not usable as well as a large crawl space. We had a concept for a deck as well as a subfloor for the crawl space which Stefan and his crew turned to reality. His quotes were fair and reasonable and his professionalism and craftsmanship were stellar! I would highly recommend Sunrise Construction. They will be my first call for my next project. This was the second time we contracted with Sunrise to perform work for us. In this case, we wanted to extend and reinforce the lower deck that they originally constructed. We are extremely satisfied with the results and would hire them again in an instant. Excellent communications is an added bonus to the quality work that they provide.

I had an aging, ugly, high maintenance deck that I was done with and wanted replaced. I found Sunrise and was encouraged by the great reviews and how close the company was. Stefen was on time for the estimate appointment, evaluated the deck and what I wanted done and gave me an estimate. He warned me up front that he had a number of jobs booked ahead of me, and that he was experiencing delays in getting materials. His bid was great and I didn't care if I had to wait a bit or if there were delays. There indeed were delays, but Stefen kept me informed throughout the process. When there was an issue

Stefan did a wonderful job expanding or deck, doubling its size. He was able to improve the questionable construction on the original deck and make the whole thing very solid. He was prompt, courteous, responded to phone calls and texts quickly, had great ideas for improving the design and got the job done in a reasonable time frame. On top of all that, he was the lowest bid we had. I would recommend him in a second!

We had Sunrise Construction build a partially covered deck on the back of our house. Stefan's bid came in extremely reasonable, and out of all of the bids we got he was the only one who did not try to upsell us on materials or extras we did not want or need. He was extremely communicative throughout the whole job and answered all of our questions (we had a lot), and understood our vision immediately. He even followed up after the job was complete to recommend some stain and seal options that we could use when we do that part ourselves next Spring.

I wholeheartedly recommend Sunrise Construction and Stefan for your next deck or fence. They built a beautiful deck for me in Lake Oswego (with very strict building codes). It is so solid that I could park a car on it. Not only are they very reasonably priced, but the work is excellent. They take pride in their work. And, Stefan is honest and simply a nice guy! I would definitely work with Sunrise again (it will have to be a fence, because my new deck will last much longer than the house).

Stefan and team did a -terrific- job on renovating the deck at our home in Portland's West Hills. Stefan was super professional, courteous, knowledgeable, timely, easy to work with, and did an excellent job for us at a very fair price. I would highly recommend Sunrise for all of your construction needs. The quality of work is excellent. The quote was very reasonable for the work. Stefan is very respectful and responsible. They performed the work as promised and on time. He communicated with us daily regarding the progress and any issues he noticed. We have remodeled a number of homes and Sunrise is among the very best contractors we have worked with. Their work is beautiful. Stephen was the quickest to respond when I was getting quotes, and the most affordable. We had them replace a eyesore of an old falling down fence with a 6 ft tall privacy fence. It looks so much better! Stephan had all the work complete in just two days, and was incredibly easy to get a hold of and kept us informed of the details so we knew what to expect. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

We had Stefan out about 3 years ago to prep and stain our deck and we were not disappointed in the results. The price was right and they did awesome quality work. Now it was time to do a re-prep and stain, a little different stain this time, and again, the bid was just right and again a quality job well done. Stefan is very knowledgeable with regards to details, and I was impressed with his suggestions regarding the grain of our wood and just did a great job to bring out that grain. These guys do a fantastic job. First of all, Stefan is a really sweet dude to work with. He takes great pride in the work and in making sure the customer is happy. He communicated every decision point in advance and made sure I was happy with the options. Their skill and talent in executing the job are top notch.
