If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely upset. I get my nails done here regularly usually spending upwards of $100. This time the girl at the front decided to tip $10 more than I asked her to. But before that, out of all the (9) people being serviced I was the only African American. They decided to come to me and make me pay in advance for my service as if they didn’t think I would pay. No one else was asked to do this. After the young lady asked me she went back to the front and stood. Extremely uncomfortable and will never return.

Cameron Nails and Spa has definitely gone down hill in the past 3 years (in my opinion). I went about 2 weeks ago to get my nails done for the first time in a long time and I was just getting a regular gel manicure. I walked in and sat down at the chair and the lady doing my nails did a decent job but was very rough. While doing my cuticles she was going very fast and it was kind of painful. It probably took 10 minutes for her to do everything. Went in for a gel manicure. Manicure was lumpy with air bubbles, and just two days later my nails were chipping. Plus the polish was not applied all the way to my cuticle, so they already look grown out just a few days later. I work a desk job and I’m not hard on my nails, so the fact that my gel nails started chipping in just a few days was extremely disappointing, especially for how expensive the gel manicure is. The photos included were taken only 4 days after the manicure.

Stopped in this morning/afternoon since I was in the area, scheduled my appointment after another appointment I had and was seated right away, I guess by the manager.

I was placed with Kasey/KC and she was awesome !!
She was extremely friendly, prompt, she asked me if I wanted something to drink and held conversation with me.

When I say this was the FASTEST full set I've ever had. I mean it !!!!

And nothing rushed where it was a bad job. But she did an amazing, absolutely amazing job!!!! I sat down at 11 and I was finished at 11:45 but I'm sooooo happy with my nails and I will

After making an appt for 2:30 I was kept waiting for over 15 min while multiple walk-in’s were taken. Did not feel comfortable in the slightest. I was sat down at a table and forgotten about long enough to search a new nail salon, create an account and schedule another appt online. I can’t speak on the actual service since I walked out. Place looks nice very clean and organized 🤷‍♂️.

Absolutely amazing experience! Nina did an incredible job and was super patient and took her time. She made sure I was happy with the shape and design and did fabulous!

I have given this place one too many chances. Service is always rushed. Who knew getting a mani/pedi could be a stressful experience. You don't ever receive everything you are paying for. My most recent experience I had nail polish all over the edges of my fingers and backs of my hands. When asked if it could be removed I was met with attitude and then the nail tech proceeded to file off the paint from my fingers/hands. I will not be going here again, and would not recommend unless you are in a rush.

The next day after my gel manicure all of my polish started to peel off. I went back to get it fixed and of course I had to wait for all of the white women to go before me. I’d honestly give this establishment 0 stars.

What an horrible experience!!!! The nail technician cut too deeply and I started bleeding via my first toe. I will never go here again!!!

I would give them zero stars if it were an option. Do NOT give this place your business and waste your money and time. I went recently because my mom goes there and it was a convenient location to spend time together with her but the service was deplorable. I asked to have a matching color for my fingernails and toenails but ended up with two totally different colors. They tried to tell me they were the same color and finally changed the color of the toes to supposedly match the fingers but even after doing so they still did not match. They ended up charging me full price and I just paid because

I had a basic manicure and pedicure done and what a difference it’s made for my hands and feet! They both look healthier and feel great. They were kind and communicative. The salon was very clean and inviting. Being the only male client I never felt judged as has happened at other salons in the past. I got nail polish on my fingers and accidentally smudged 2 nails trying to get my credit card out of my wallet; without having to ask they offered to fix it free of charge. I will definitely be going back.

Came in last Wednesday to get my nails done for a wedding I was attending over the weekend. By the time I got to the wedding on Saturday my nails had browned. I went back in today to get the color fixed and after the fact was told it would be $30 just re-polish...after I just spent $118 here a week ago. She did not file or shape my nails at all, the other color is poking through on the edges and they are lumpy so now I will have to go so where else to get them done yet again because I am embarrassed to even leave the house with them looking like this.

What an amazing experience! Couples Day for me and the wife. I encourage all men to just do it once. The ladies are professional and attentive. Thank you again.

The nail technicians were friendly and Lily did a great job with my fingernails. Service was great!

I was offered a beverage, water, soda, wine and it was just a very special treat for us to spend some time relaxing together and leaving feeling beautified.

I love them, and don't get me wrong they were slightly pricier than I would have like but my nails are gorgeous and they're super nice. I'm just used to prices out of the big city haha.

I've had so-so experiences here and I've had BAD experiences here but never great. I recently went for a full set of acrylics and they were so tragic I got them taken off and redone somewhere else within the week bc I couldn't stand to look at them any longer.

A few mos before that I got a gel manicure and they peeled off in full within a few days.

It's not that this salon is horrible or anything, there's just so many other places to go within a couple of miles of here that are way better for way cheaper.

Poor Management! Came in for a mani/ pedi. In the middle of my service the manager came over and asked if it would be ok to pull away the nail tech for a quick manicure on another client. I said no, not ok but he insisted and did so. Total lack of respect for my time! Unacceptable!! Definitely will not be returning.

I've been coming here a few times a year for so many years...every single time I'm disappointed. It's so close to me and I don't need anything complicated so I just keep coming back. No more, though. The service is usually not great. Half-hearted massages or none at all, talking across the room to other staffers while working on my nails and getting up frequently to deal with them. I love this place- the service is always great and I definitely enjoy my manicures! I've gotten Acrylic, SNS, and Gel here! Pedicures are good too! Love the designs they can do! Love Kay and Becky - both are great!

Came in for a pedicure and fill in and did not receive the proper care. My heels were not scrubbed or lotioned, resulting with me leaving similar to how I walked in besides a polish change. When asked about it, was told to upgrade but I never received what was required for the basic pedicure. My fill-in resulted in one nail being significantly shorter than the rest as a final result. Unsatisfied with my results, with no resolution offered.

I have been going to Becky for about 5 years and she is simply the best. When I moved to the area in 2011, I tried about 5 different salons until I found Cameron. Becky is so sweet and is really good at what she does. The salon is very clean and has taken all the precautions recently with the virus. Everyone is very friendly and the equipment is the best of the best. Highly recommend for your go-to nail salon in Raleigh!

I enjoyed the atmosphere and loved my nails. I can be a bit picky about my nails but they were absolutely perfect.

Tonight was my first time here and I had a great experience! Rachel was my nail tech, and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was also super sweet/pleasant to chat with. I've been searching everywhere for someone to have as MY nail lady who does them just the way I like and I think I finally found her!

When I first walked in I expected a lengthy wait as there were a lot of people in the lobby, however I was pleasantly surprised when I was immediately taken back to a station right after I checked in. There was definitely no lack of staff during my visit! I will absolutely be back for fills

Efficient, prompt, friendly upon arrival. Nail tech could be friendlier. I got dip powder (SNS) nails and don’t like them to look “bubbly” - I like them to be filed down a bit for a more natural look, but she told me SNS has to be thick. Not sure how other salons have been able to do it in the past then because I only ever get SNS and have always been happy with the result. I tried to communicate that to her but she was pretty adamant. Just overall not very happy with the shape. 2 out of 10 nails have a dip/dent on the surface, and all of them are currently chipping around my cuticles only

I've been to Cameron Village Spa & Nails before but only to get my eye brows done and that's what I did this time as well.

The nail salon is situated inside of a shopping center so there is plenty of parking but I'm sure if it were later in the day it would be full people! So I am happy that I got there early in the morning!

When I first walked into the salon I was immediately greeted by the guy at the front I told him that I needed my eye brows done and he showed me where to walk. It was a small room in the back which was cool. The salon was really clean and well organized

I've been here about five times. It's a great choice for groups because we can always sit together since they have so many pedicure chairs and there's always staff available to take us right away. However, they do have a tendency to rush through the services. It seems like they are being timed and always in a hurry to finish.
