I moved to Raleigh in December last year and have given over 8 other businesses a chance or two, always leaving somewhat dissatisfied or disappointed. I found this salon on a google search with many great reviews, as the other salons I’ve found. Yet this one review stood out, by stating this is a hidden gem in Raleigh.
Kelsey spent so much time on my nails, with perfect detail and attention. She went all out by hand painting my fall leaves and consistently checking for accuracy, as well as ensuring both hands looked the same.

This is my first time going to Fantasy but I have seen several people in the review section saying they've been going for years! I can definitely see why, there was great customer service! 10/10. Andy did a fabulous job on my nails (I asked for coffin shape but not too skinny). He did awesome on my nails & was very patient with me. He also had some small talk with me as opposed to some nail techs who sit quietly the entire time. I personally like a little convo but to each their own. Don't be misled by the shopping center, Fantasy Nail Spa is the best nail salon in Raleigh! Kelsey and Andy are very friendly and accommodating and I always receive the best quality services.
My gel manicures last 3-4 weeks. My gel pedicures last 2-3 months (with minimal at home maintenance)! I bring my 88-year old grandmother here and she said Tan does the best manicures and pedicures she has ever gotten. Highly recommend!!

Visiting a friend and stopped in for pedicures. Got three chairs in a row. Felt welcomed and safe the entire visit. Staff was friendly and helpful and pleasant to chat with. Nikko & Tim did our ped / mani and the experience from beginning to end was nothing short of majestic! So relaxing, professional atmosphere (not a lot of uncomfortable chatter between techs as in other places ... you know what I mean... some places the chatter is so obviously about the person they are working on lol "oh... hairy toes!... then the giggles")

This is my go-to nail salon! I used to go all the time before covid and just recently started going back again. I didn't realize how much I've missed this place!
Your temperature is taken at the door and they use a plexiglass barrier between you and the technician. The staff are friendly and always make sure that I'm happy with my nails. I can't wait to go back!

I'm sorry but I honestly do not know how this place has such good reviews. I've been here twice and both times received horrible service. The first time was when nail salons first opened back up and it was the manager that did them. I scheduled an appointment and arrived a few minutes early knowing that I had to get my temp checked and sign papers. I was seated immediately and picked my color and length that I wanted my set. After coming to Fantasy Nail, I realize how unsanitary a previous salon I was attending was. Kelsey took great care of my nails and my health! The salon door is closed with a sign to wait outside or call. Once inside they take your temperature and you sign a waiver and wash your hands. Once seated, you are 6+feet away from others as their stations are spaced apart. The plexiglass barrier between you and the nail tech is an added protection in addition to requiring masks for all that present.

My first time here--came with my friend for her wedding nails! Tan was my technician. He did a great job. Very meticulous and lots of attention to detail. My friend felt the same way about her technician. They did a great job at keeping things clean and spaced out with regards to Covid, which I really appreciated. Also, it didn't smell like straight chemicals, which made the whole experience much more relaxing for me. Not a deal breaker, a polish change is easy. Today I popped in for a gel nail polish change - the tech went over and beyond - trimmed, shaped my nails and even cut a few of my hangnails. The attention to detail from start to finish was perfectly done. Can't wait for my next visit.

Three of us ladies went to get mani/pedis on a Saturday afternoon. We made an appt for 3:00. We had to wait at least 10 min before they even got someone to get us into our pedi chairs. Then we had to wait an additional 10-20 (depending on which person we were) for someone to start our pedicure. The seemingly long wait time when we had an appt was our only complaint.
The people were thorough, the classic pedicure included all the features that I look for from the leg scrub, foot exfoliation, leg massage, massage chairs, and quality polish application.

This place was awesome!! I called early in the morning and they got me in right away. I was nervous because I was bringing my 8 month old son, and was just turned away from another salon. They did not care they were completely accommodating and understanding. In fact towards the end when he started to fuss one of the girls who wasn't busy got up and helped calm him so I could try and enjoy the rest of my manicure!
They have an amazing selection of colors and are willing to do almost any designs, or will learn how to do them for you! That to me is exceptional customer service! Not to mention

So happy with my experience here! I showed the lovely lady who did my nails a picture & she gave me exactly what I wanted! Atmosphere was lovely & very clean, and we were all offered drinks and taken well care of.
I've had some disappointing experiences with subtle racism at some spas in the area, and I'm very happy that my experience here was above and beyond.

First time coming here and it was well worth it. Found it as a recommendation on Yelp and decided to give them a try. Called ahead to get an appointment and was informed that they accepted walk-ins. Walked right in and was paired with a lady named Vicki. When I say Vicki is the bomb...believe it!!! I got a gel pedicure and a full set of gel nails. Vicki explained both services as well as the prices up front so I would know exactly how much my bill would be. I will definitely be going back and letting Vicki provide my services. Another plus is that it is close to home.

I'm new in town, but it's my birthday and I wanted my nails done. I looked on yelp reviews and made sure I got Vicky. She was awesome!!!
My hands and feet look so pretty, and she has such a bubbly and sweet personality that I felt right at home. That's not true of all salons! I feel really comfortable recommending this place. She was also really gentle, which is a huge plus!

I am SUPER picky about my nails, and I have not been disappointed by Fantasy nail spa! They are the BEST! They always take care of me and I haven't gone to any other nail place in Raleigh since going there. Everyone there is super friendly and they are my only nail family in Raleigh NC!!!
