I have been coming to High Park nails for many years and I like the services they offer. When I was there recently I noticed they use timers that are obnoxiously loud when you are trying to relax. It seems they could use vibrate on their phones to alert them your time is up. Please ask patrons not to talk on cell phones during their appointment. Texting is fine but taking is disruptive to other patrons. They need to replace some of the chairs and remotes. They are in different states of disrepair.

Alynna is the best… she’s always available when I need her and she makes it super easy to schedule and make my designs come to life! Her craftsmanship is stellar and I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Not to mention they always offer me wine or soda when I come High Park Nails atmosphere is amazing! Highly recommend this place for friendly, sanitary nails and pedis.

I just had one of the best mani-pedis in my life at HighPark Nail Spa. The salon is very clean, spacious, and quiet. The pedicure chairs are the most comfortable I've experienced and the finished work was perfect. Ruby was talented and most of all she was lovely. I've found MY place.

Used to love this place but it is not as good as I remember it being ~2 years ago. It seems dirty now (or did this afternoon), chairs are old and loud, and I can't count on getting a good pedicure anymore. Maybe I am unlucky and got someone who isn't good at painting nails. I believe it was the same person who did my nails last time I was there (Jan 2020) but she did a similarly bad job then and on the customer before me who was seated next to me. She paints around your nail and then uses her fingernail to wipe the edges around your nail, which makes a mess! I can understand some wiping

I will never come back to this salon again. I have been multiple times before and have had great pedicures. I decided since I was already there to get a dip manicure as well. They were lumpy, see through, and all different shapes (I asked for coffin shape and these were all over the place). I complained and she asked me if I wanted her to redo them and I said no because if you can't do it right the first time, I don't want to waste my time again. She gave me 10$ off. That was it. I had to drive to another salon (they laughed at how awful these were) and get them fixed. I called to see

Upon arrival we discovered that the technician that we had for over a year was no longer worker here.. but others in the spa seem to be ok so we all requested female technicians as sometimes the guys are to rough or in a rush.
We informed the owner of our choice and opted to wait until another female became free.. instead the older male attempted to service one of our ladies..we respectfully declined his service and informed him of our request.
But instead of understanding and walking away he stood there and starred

Really like this Nail Salon. I am pretty picky about my nails and have been very pleased with 3 different technicians. Multiple people have done my gel pedicure and I have been very happy with the results. I’ve asked them to try some different things like ombre pink & white and they have always tried to accommodated my requests. I usually make an appointment to avoid waiting. Their color selection is vast and they offer organic polishes as well although I always get gel polish so I’m completely dry before I go.

I will never go anywhere else! HighPark Nail spa really knows how to treat a customer! The technicians are ALL extremely creative, knowledgeable and friendly. The massaging chairs and technicians for pedicures make me feel like I have not only been to a nail spa but, a masseuse as well.
The best thing other than the price is that my nails typically last up to 3 or 4 weeks with out chipping.
Go to this salon now if you need your nails done! HighPark is worth it!

I came in without an appointment on a Tuesday afternoon. The place was dead. 20 minutes in and the place was packed. I was asked to wait while another customer was helped (she had an appointment) and I was given a drink + sat in a massage chair + given a discount. This was my first nail bar in Raleigh after relocating from Chicago where I had several places in my deck according to my mood.
This place was great my first night- it was almost dead. Dark outside, dim lighting inside.
The second time I returned in the day and used the restroom. The lighting was great....and I could see how often and thorough the cleaning was done.

We came here at the holiday season to refreshen and connect with a ladies' day at the spa. As we walked in there was a bit of a wait. But as we sat down we were immediately offered a glass of wine or other beverage, complimentary. Everyone working there was very nice and accommodating. The three of us ladies got deluxe mani/pedis with gel.
We are ecstatic about our experience. Our nails look great, and we are very relaxed. I highly recommend the deluxe, as they offer a scrub and then the option of two of these three: paraffin, hot stone, mud.
