Community Animal Clinic is a full-service veterinary hospital located in East Liverpool, Ohio. Community Animal Clinic was established to provide the Ohio Valley with compassionate, friendly veterinary service for their pets. We provide medical and surgical services for many pets, including dogs, cats, birds, rabbits, pocket pets and reptiles.

Services
We offer most soft tissue surgeries, spay/neuter and some orthopedic surgeries. For surgeries we cannot perform here, you will be referred to a board certified surgeon in the area. We feel that pain management is of utmost importance after surgery. We recommend pre-operative bloodwork and pain management for EVERY case.

Dr. Sandy graduated from Fairmont State College with an A.A.S. in Veterinary Technology in 1994.
