We've been going here over two years now after switching from Rainbow and couldn't be happier. Everyone we've met on staff have been so kind and wonderful with us and our two Tuxedo cats Tyrion Meowister and… Harley Quinn. Dr. Clauss has been so great with Harley during her spay and surgery to fix a hernia. I recommend Big Rock to everyone I know who is looking for Veterinary care! ❤❤

Very kind and caring staff and doctor. They were able to get us in when others put us off for a month or longer. Unfortunately our visit ended up in our elderly golden retriever needing to be put to sleep- but only after a thorough evaluation and discussion of a of all of our options. For such a sad occasion, I cannot imagine anywhere else handling these difficult times with a more perfect balance of professionalism and compassion. They have earned our future business for our other two dogs and any that we may have in the future. .

We decided to bring our pack here after a few sour experiences at a previous office. I am so glad we did! They take care of all of our babies- the senior, the scared, and the anxious. They are always patient,… kind and answer all of my questions. I also appreciate that they try to make suggestions if you are worried about cost. Thank you for all that you do! You probably do not hear that enough.

We take our dogs here. All the ladies that work there are really nice and professional from the Doctors to the vet techs and front desk people. It's also very clean. I will say, you pay a little more here than other places we've used in the past, but it's definitely worth the money for the care your pets get.

We adopted out Strudel in March of 2020 and decided on big rock due to the great reviews and the reviews don't lie. We never questioned what the vet had to say and we saw all of them, we trusted them whole heartedly. We had quite the quirky dog and they learned how to best take care of her. We have recommended them to many of our family members. When they told us that she had cancer and we didn't have long, they did it in such a gentle way, even tho we saw it coming. When we had to put her to sleep, they made sure we had the time we needed. I would recommend this vet office to anyone.

Excellent, high standard of care at reasonable prices. I've referred several neighbors and family members to this practice since it opened 5 years ago, and they've all been just as pleased. Friendly, patient veterinarians and staff (even with fractious cats and fearful dogs). So glad to have them here in Beaver County!

I won’t go into what we experienced at another Vet, but what I can say about Big Rock, is that my interactions with Courtney and Dr. Ann were and absolute 5 star review. Our beagle puppy, Čarli received a very… thorough examination with kind, competent, and compassionate care. I left the appointment feeling happy that Čarli’s best interests were a priority. She’s probably not real thrilled with the vet, because of her shots, but Mama is, and that’s all that matters. Kudos to Big Rock for their superior patient care.

Instance 1: When returning for a set of follow up shots from the initial exam and set of shots, they tried to charge me for a second exam, were very disrespectful/rude when I told them I did not need a second exam, and then after wasting about 25 minutes of my time, removed the charge. Even more frustrating, prior to that return visit for shots, I… confirmed w/ them on the phone that I wouldn’t be charged for anything other than the shots.

My elderly cat and I both received the most compassionate care I have ever received from a vet in my 50 years of pet ownership. Being new in town, the staff barely had time to get to know her but she received excellent treatment and a very peaceful euthanasia ~ for her and myself. I highly recommend Big Rock Vets and staff.

We noticed a discomfort in our German Shepard early last week and reached out to many different Veterinary Clinics in the area. Big Rock Veterinary Hospital genuinely was concerned that she was in pain and went out of their way to have her seen as soon as possible. Although we were taken in as an emergency we were treated as if we were patients there for years.
