Good communication about scheduling on-site visits, planning for construction start, payment, expectations of me, expectations of them.
The project had a few design puzzles. They did a good job of listening to me and offering solutions.
The crew lead Colin finished off some things nicer than what the contract required. I appreciate the extra effort to make the fence look really good.

Alli was very responsive throughout the whole process. We had multiple conversations around options I was considering for our project and they took quick action on a plan. Billy was also awesome. He knocked out our project in a couple days and even finished it all up by staying a little late on a Friday evening. I liked that he even painted over his welds with the same color already used on

Great communication and flexibility for the entire duration of our multi-phase fencing project! We got an initial call back, site visit, and quote quickly. Someone always replied to our emails/phone calls, and whenever questions would arise, the owner or office manager would call right away to make a plan on how to move forward. Our original plan would not work due to property limitations, but thanks to their skill range we were able to have different styles of fencing in the front and back yards. We settled on iron fence for the front yard and side gate, and relocation of wire fence from the side

We hired A Straight Up Fence Co to add an automatic solar powered gate to our home fence, replacing some very old manual doors. We shopped around and they are the best! From inquiry to final follow up and everything in between, they were fantastic. We will use them again and I would recommend them to anyone. Pricing is great, service and communication is top notch. Make sure to have them include removal services of old fencing, and you are them left with no work to do.

Straight Up fence was terrific. The final product was really excellent. The photos don't show it but I had a tree right on the property line and they worked it so the tree was part of the fence. They were flexible and efficient. I had to change the date of installation after committing to a date....they accommodated me very nicely. When they came to do the work ..they were organized, cleaned up every day and pleasant to our neighbors. They also worked around our bushes and plants (and the tree). The price was very reasonable (not the cheapest nor the most expensive). The workmanship is excellent

We had an excellent experience working with A Straight Up Fence Company, from the contract negotiation process to the days of installation, first for a replacement wood fence in the back and later for a new ornamental iron fence and automatic gate around the rest of our property. The service was excellent and the quality truly superb. We're thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend this company.
