Logan and his team were incredible, start to finish. He was quick to come out and take measurements, he created several quotes for us because of the lumber price fluctuations, and recommended different styles. Their price was right in the middle of the three companies we received. We initially considered going with the lowest one, but didn't feel a very good vibe. We are so happy with going with First Rate Fence, they completely surpassed any expectations. They were quick, considerate and professional. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone in need of a fence. The gate is gorgeous

It's not often I leave reviews for businesses, but I was so blown away by First Rate Fence and Supply that I felt the need to tell everyone else what a great job they did. First of all, the fence looks great and their price was the best of four quotes we received from different companies. What I'm most impressed with is their thorough communication. Chris, Casey, Logan and Shaq did a fantastic job with our project. From start to finish they were friendly, professional and easy to work with. We replaced our existing wood fence and closed in our yard fully to accommodate our new puppy. The whole team was communicative throughout the planning phase and finished the project on time. First Rate completed a 450' of fence across 6 properties in under a week's time, in the snow, rain and cold temps. Logan and his crew were very professional and made sure that we were all on the same page before work started. It's hard to get 6 neighbors to agree on anything, let alone how much they are willing to pay for a fence. It's a tribute to First Rate that they came in with a bid that was fair to all of us. We worked with Logan and his team in May 2019 for a fence around the perimeter of our yard plus an extra wide gate. Logan was such a great help, patiently answering all of our questions and helping us with design elements. His pricing was straight forward and up front, nothing snuck in at the last minute. He and his team worked fast and got the project done in a week. I think the best part about our experience, though, was that in the winter of 2019 we had some issues with our gate and a couple of fence posts. The efforts made by all of the team was well above and beyond our expectations. From my initial quote and subsequent communication, we have been consistently impressed. Pricing was very detailed and clearly laid out and you felt instantly confident that they are a highly professional organization.
The construction team was quite honestly unbelievable. They were on time, so courteous and respectful; not to mention fast and efficient and very kind to small, nosey and wildly enthusiastic puppies. The construction site was so clean

We've completely flipped a home in Denver and have worked with tons of contractors - electricians, framers, plumbers, drywall installers - and most contractors have at least one mark against them. We've had pricey quotes, late arrivals, poor work, a complete lack of communication and pretty much every contractor has left us disappointed.

Seemed like very nice guys... but they came out to give an estimate, took measurements, promised a follow-up email and then completely disappeared.
Nothing. For over three weeks.
No email, no response to my texts, no answer to my phone calls, and no returned calls in response to my voicemails. I don't like taking time from my day to let strangers into my house for no reason.

Logan provided an outstanding service experience transforming my rough fence idea into reality, and it looked better than I originally imagined. Logan was professional, a pleasure to speak with, and accepted nothing less than excellence on the install. This included a situation where some of the materials provided by a vendor were not to his standards. Logan identified the issue and personally addressed it to ensure our fence provided the aesthetic and quality we were seeking. We are new to the area and found Logan through a recommendation. I had a wooden fence with 15 rotted 4x4 posts set in concrete. Logan replaced all the rotten posts with metal posts set in cement. Logan cleaned the work area everyday and did a final complete cleaning at the end of the job. The fence will hold up now for years.
