Atlas Immersion Academy Gabriel Park
Teachers speak to your child uniquely in the targeted language (French, Spanish, Chinese, or Korean). Your child's deep dive into a full immersion program gives them a language advantage, sharpens listening skills, improves memory, and even helps them with math and literacy. Our anti-biased curriculum covers the beautiful cultures of our world.

We nurture knowledge about diversity so that children grow into conscientious people who embrace the differences that make us each unique. All of the thin-skinned produce used for our delicious home-cooked meals are always organic. We serve organic milk as well, and we offer gluten-free and dairy-free meal plan options.
Services
Your child's language immersion experience primes them for future communication mastery, and turns them into global-minded adults. Motivated by the desire to give her own children an early learning language immersion experience, Dory Hobbs started a French immersion program in her home in 2010. It quickly grew to include Spanish, and today the unique power of language immersion at Atlas serves more than 200 families in four locations.

We have been at Atlas about 3 1/2 years now, and we absolutely love it. They take excellent care of both of our children, have dual immersion tracks (French and Spanish), and have cultivated a fun and caring community of families.
While I've always appreciated Atlas - I've appreciated them even more getting through the covid-19 pandemic, smoke, and snow from the past year. They have put in special cleaning practices and strict cohorts to keep students and staff safe.
As a family we've been through every classroom from the infant room through preschool I can say they are all staffed by warm, creative

Grateful for Atlas Academy and their continued commitment to the education, health, and safety of our children - especially during this past year. They managed to effectively navigate the early days of the pandemic - staying open for essential workers. We sent our child back after a few months at home and we are so grateful to have had the option! The teachers and staff at Atlas are so wonderful. The ongoing communication has been great and has alleviated a lot of the stress that we face as parents. I feel that our child is safe and cared for.

I have had 5 of my grandchildren attend Atlas since it first opened, and so I have had a lot of contact with the staff over the years. On a scale of 1-10, I would rate Atlas a 15! From Dory Hobbs, the owner on down to the newest instructor, these people treat children with the love and respect they deserve as little human beings. The instruction is well organized and age appropriate and no child is left out of the mix. The instructor to child ratio ensures that each of my grandchildren gets all the individualized attention they need. I could not be more happy with Atlas and the foreign language

We love Atlas! Madame Grace is incredible with our daughter. Madame Tatum is amazing and super responsive. I've checked on our daughter many times throughout the day, and they are quick to reassure us. We receive meal updates and even photos! They genuinely care about each kid and take appropriate cleaning measures during this wild pandemic. I strongly recommend Atlas, specifically Gabriel Park!

Atlas has been great! The teachers and staff show our son so much love and attention. We have been impressed with how much he has learned since he started and continues to grow. The staff treat the kids as if they were their own children and provide parents with tips to continue educating the kids at home. All in all...a great place!

Like others my daughter has also attended Atlas since she was 6 months old. We absolutely love it here and she will continue to attend until Kindergarten. I don't have to worry about packing any pull ups or making her lunch, as they provide everything for her. I get detailed information about her activities and cute pictures everyday. Her French is starting to emerge throughout conversations at home, and am very impressed with the level of care that this facility provides.

We have two boys at Atlas and it’s been great for them! Our oldest is 5 and started part time at age 3. He started K this year and does after care at Atlas. He’s at a French immersion charter school now, and his French is so good! Atlas really helped to prepare him. Our youngest is 4 and goes to Atlas 3 days per week. We love the care he gets and his bonds with his teachers are strong (he hugs his teachers when he sees them). He speaks in French to his older brother too. It’s fantastic.

My son has been at Atlas for a little over a year in the Spanish immersion program. We have been very pleased with the program. The teachers are educated and create a classroom and learning environment for the children versus just a day care. Maestro Juan is amazing. He truly finds pleasure in seeing his students every day and they run to him when parents drop off. I am so happy we were able to find this school and continue learning Spanish (and a little French now too!) when we moved here from Texas.

My daughter has been going to Atlas for almost 2 years. She loves her "school". Jarod and Dory excel at maintaining the highest quality of staff and I love that my child is learning a new language. We recommend this day care to one and all and are blessed that we found Atlas for our daughter.

We love Atlas! My son just turned 3 and he has been there since he was 3 months old. All of his teachers have been amazing -- incredibly caring and great in a childhood education setting. I love that he goes outside multiple times day (rain or shine), he's learning life skills in a play based setting, and the bonus of learning about other cultures and another language. My husband and I do not speak French, but we're looking foward to having our very own tour guide in a few years =) I love hearing him sing songs in French and I'm always amazed when I show up and see him understanding everything
