I came for appointment but was turned away- as I supposedly was suppose to be at the spa at 1:45???? I showed them my text. They had sent me telling me to be there at 2:45. And they. Said " that's weird" Ummm yea. So they confirmed they had my correct phone number and refused to see me. I arranged my entire day around this appointment. They were like a Seinfeld episode. Awful customer service. A NP gave me Dysport & Filler injections and I had a reaction that raised bumps under my eye and on my left cheek. After lots of back and forth appointments that solved absolutely nothing, I still have the bumps. The head Dr at this location also had horrible bedside manner. He wrote it off like it wasn't his problem and dismissed it with no remorse. When he could clearly see and agree that there was a reaction. His suggestion was to wait another month or two then come back. When I've already had 2 other follow up appointments all about the same thing and STILL

My laser hair removal experience at Skin 101 with Megan has been awesome! I had multiple areas of laser hair removal done on my body. Megan was super informative and gave me great results, which was key because of my skin type. I am biracial and Megan is very knowledgeable about lasering skin for people of color. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. It was a bonus that Megan is fun to talk to and made things very comfortable for me during my multiple treatments. I highly recommend Megan for anyone wanting to get laser hair removal!

They did a horrible job! Wanted just a little on one side to even out lips. They told me, “you’re paying for the entire syringe; why don’t we use it all and fill both sides, upper and lower. Looked in mirror after she used entire first syringe and lips were completely asymmetrical. Had to spend another $350 for another syringe to fix her mistakes….. she ended up using all of it and lips still uneven. I bought a membership here on a whim to try it out and get the discounts. I’ve been going at least twice a month for about 6 months. Nothing negative to say. My experience each time has been perfection. Megan has done numerous facials and medical procedures on me. She is very well educated on literary everything! She takes time to explain each step and takes her job very seriously. I’ve seen the nurse practitioner a few times for Dysport and she’s just as awesome. My goodness, even the front desk staff is excellent. Highly recommend this place for all things esthetic!!

Great customer service. The staff is professional, courteous and friendly. Everyone went out of the way to make sure every one of my needs were met from a complimentary bottled water to a complete relaxation head massage. I definitely recommend this spa highly and would definitely go again. In fact, I am not even thinking about going anywhere else fir any of my Spa needs.

Megan is TOP at this location. I went to her for treatment right before my wedding and my skin has never looked better in photographs. I now find myself booking appointments with her with some idea of what I THINK I need and she guides me to the best option based on what my skin is TELLING her it needs. She is magical, truly!

Great spa! The front desk women are very sweet and helpful in trying to accommodate your schedule. Carrie did my Botox and injections and I couldn't be more pleased. At no time did I feel pressured to "buy more" or start with a more aggressive treatment. She made thought out recommendations that would simply enhance my look without appearing plastic. I love this place and will definitely be back!

I found Skin 101 on Yelp and decided to try their Silk Peel. Great experience! My skin feels smooth and hydrated and has a nice glow. They told me about their $101 club and I'm pretty sure I'll give it a go as you can cancel whenever you'd like. I'm interested in trying chemical peels. The workers are very helpful and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was also very clean and aesthetically pleasing. I will be a returning customer.

Loved my experience with Skin101! I got the Vitamin C SilkPeel and my skin is still soft and glowing and it's been less than a week.
Tori was my esthetician and not only was she extremely knowledgeable, but she was great to make sure I was comfortable, everything was clean, and that I knew what she was doing during the process. After a pass on the neck and two passes on the face, she did a firming mask on my face and a charcoal mask on my t-zone for oil. I am really looking forward to booking again with her!

This is my first time at this medical spa, and it was a very positive experience. When I called to get info, the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful, taking a good deal of time explaining different options. When I went, the reception area is cool, artfully and smoothingly decorated. Water, snacks, and various drinks are available. My esthetician was Erica, and she was wonderfully vibrant, full of energy, and fairly thorough. The treatment room and facility were spotlessly clean (very important, IMHO). I will be back to have other treatments. I hope they give returning customers

I found Skin 101 on Yelp after having issues getting into the place where I normally get Botox. Skin 101 even had a Yelp coupon special ($150 for $200 worth of treatments)! They are open until 7 during the week, which is great for people like me who have to schedule around work. Another thing that really impressed me: I was able to text them for appointment availability and they could fit me in that same day! I work in a cubicle very close to other coworkers, so this was crucial, as I don't like to make personal calls like this in front of them :)

From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave you will experience the best customer service, professionalism and cleanliness EVER!! I saw Jessica and not only did she hear what I wanted she doubled that with what I needed to get my best results but didn't double the price. She also went a step farther and put makeup on my face after the chemical peel. Who does that?? No upsale involved!! Have been to a lot of spas, Skin 101 and Jessica take the cake!! Love y'all !!

I had the silk peel procedure done with the clarity pro-infusion. Very painless procedure. This is my first procedure and I have severe acne, with dark spots. To early to tell if the procedure is effective. I will post an update to this review after 4 weeks. The facility is elegantly designed in cool grey tones. It was very clean with a spa like ambience. They also offer diluted corticosteroid injections for those off us with painful Cystic acne for $25 a syringe.
