From start to finish everyone was friendly, caring and explained in detail everything they were going to do. After a few years of bad experiences at another location I was overly nervous to see any dentist again. Dr. Charity and his team have me almost looking forward to my appointments. Dr Charity reached out personally to welcome me to the clinic and he followed up personally after every procedure.
I assumed it was somehow automated (because who is really that good?) until I needed something last Saturday and I texted him back. I was so thankful I could connect with him. He responded on a Saturday

My experience with Lenexa Family Dental was nothing short of a nightmare. I was solicited by staff the entirety of my visit about a sleep study that had absolutely no relevance. When I voiced my disinterest in filling out their “sleep study” criterion form (a form crafted in-house) as well as clearly verbalizing multiple times that I was NOT interested in this add on service and expense, staff continued to push the issue. I left feeling very anxious, uncomfortable, and quite disturbed. I will not go back.

I just came from my dental appointment and have never felt so relaxed both during my cleaning and now. I finally lucked out in finding a very good dentist, Dr. Ron Charity, who also happens to have exceptional hygienists and a very pleasant office staff. Absolutely no pain today nor in past visits of having fillings replaced. I am a person that likes to have things totally explained and are told why something would be the best option. Dr. Charity does this well every time. It is so nice not to have any anxious feelings when you see your next dental visit is near. Thank you all very much.
