Services
Our nursing department provides excellent care combined with dignity for our residents. Professionally staffed around the clock, we give your loved one comfort and specialized care. Each of our residents comes to us with very different and specific rehab needs. Our entire rehabilitation team is committed to creating individualized therapy programs that directly answer those specific needs.
We are proud to announce that we've been recognized by the Centers for Medicaid and Medicare Services (CMS) as a Four-Star Overall Rated facility. Nursing homes are rated from 1-5 stars based on health inspections, staffing, and quality measures. According to CMS, a rating of four stars means that quality is "above average."
Our nurses work with the residents family to create a comfortable environment including simple routines and visual cues as a positive substitute for diminishing mental processes. At Redlands Healthcare Center we seek to maximize the quality of life for our long-term care population, who require a specialized restorative program.
Our experienced rehabilitation team is committed to providing outstanding results and excellent quality of care. Residents are empowered through individualized programs to reach goals of increased independence and ability. Resident families are also encouraged to participate in therapy sessions, caregiver education, and training.
A positive and uplifting atmosphere can set the tone for a resident's stay. Redlands Healthcare Center employs outgoing and friendly professional staff to create social programs and activities. We often specialize activities to match the capabilities and needs of each resident. This also has a powerful impact in the healing process.

My grandmother is currently here of rehab from her bladder removal surgery, yet her health has declined from the moment she arrived.
She was admitted two days ago, and before her admiration, she was doing great at Loma Linda Surgical hospital.
The nurses cared adequately for her stoma and wounds at the hospital, and she was cleared for discharge, yet she comes here at the problems begin.
She was left for hours when her stoma was leaking urine on her body and around the wound site. The nurses who respond to her are extremely rude and act irritated when they need to come to her care.

It has been 3 months and my FIL is doing great! His memory has improved, he's put on some needed weight, he looks terrific, and is back up walking! Everyone at this facility has been wonderful to him and our family. They actually call me anytime there's a change and they ask for input when planning diet changes. It's always clean, and the staff is warm and friendly and actually knows my father-in-law. We are very
