Dear Grand Terrace, Thank you for the wonderful care you provided to me during my recent stay. As I'm sure you know, you have many kind and caring team members who go the extra mile for the patients in their care. I truly appreciated their efforts on my behalf. I am well on the road to full recovery, but am still thankful for your care.
This last spring I had the misfortune of needing the services of a Skilled Nursing Facility. However, during my 4 months in Grand Terrace Health Care Center I found the professionalism of the staff to be at a very high level. My stay was very pleasant because of the quality of the care that was provided and because of how clean and well kept the facility was.

Services
With that said, we understand that it's difficult to be separated from your family members and loved ones. If possible, Skype, FaceTime or use other forms of visual communication to hear and see one another. Make sure to include grandkids, family members, and close friends in calls. Order a book, movie, game or anything else online and surprise your family member with a way to help them occupy some time.
We recommend visiting between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. If you have a special circumstance, please speak with the charge nurse on duty so alternate visiting hours may be arranged. Although we do not have a formal policy stating visitation guidelines, we suggest using the common areas of the facility to meet with your loved one.

My grandma broke her hip about a few months ago now and was at Loma Linda Hospital and then sent here. At first I was really hesitant to send her anywhere since I'm her caregiver and have been taking her for two years now but after talking to her doctor and social worker it just didn't seem safe to take her home with me. We came here based off the rating list they gave us at the hospital because they were ranked #1 and I have to say its for a reason. My grandma can be pretty stubborn and her therapist Shandi has been extremely helpful with encouragement and making sure she gets up to participate

Really wish that I could give at least 3 stars for the many wonderful cnas and good lvn’s for the most part but if you end up on the wrong side of one or two of the lvns, you’re history for that shift and each shift after. They will put you at the end of the medication delivery and (won’t see) the new order for different meds that the doctor has prescribed. It’s kinda like if that person doesn’t care for you because you may have complained about waiting an hour for pain meds, then life will be rough for you during their shift every time. A couple of the lvns have a pretty strong pay back

Amazing place! You will not find another nursing home with people who care as much as they do here. My grandma has been to other so called "5 Star" places but never had an experience like this. We were debating to take her home but the doctor highly recommended a nursing home to get stronger and avoid another trip to the hospital. We were nervous with our experiences at other nursing homes - not bad but not great - and especially now with COVID and not having normal visits, but a friend recommended Grand Terrace after they had a great experience with their grandpa. We are so glad they did. This

My auntie was here at the rehab a month ago, and I can honestly say that they took such good care of her. No complaints other than if only we can come visit, but unfortunately due to Covid and they have to protect every one, we're okay with just doing zoom calls with her. Thank you for taking care of my auntie.

My husband, Kenneth, is a patient at this place because of medical conditions which needs physical theraphy so badly. He's been to therapy at other places, but this place is without a doubt, the best. All the staff were very friendly, compassionate, professional & caring.... they treat him with respect and truly care about his getting well. He did not mention any names but each staff member from the nurses to the housekeeping, therapists and the dietary staff were awesome and deeply appreciated. The therapists are knowledgeable, emphatic, patient and he always felt like he was getting

100 Stars!! Mom took a turn a few years ago and we've been to several rehab nursing homes and this one is the best. Mom can be a hard person to please but she loved it here. Everything is so clean and smells great, just like a five star hotel. The nurses are nice and very attentive. Therapists really worked to get mom strong and back on her feet. She loved the food, and that is saying a lot because she's such a picky eater. The activities guy was great and so helpful in setting up visits with the family. I can't say enough about everyone here. Mom is home and doing well because of all of you! THANK

It smells good when you come inside. It doesn't smell like your typical rehab center. The staff are friendly and they provide excellent care. They took such a good care of my grandmother there. Food is the best and management is very involved. Most definitely would recommend to others. Keep up the good work everyone.

Great experience! The staff is very friendly and attentive. In a matter of days we met several of the department heads and a couple of the administrators. They were very accessible to the patients and families and easy to talk to. The patients we met in the halls were happy and well cared for. The physical therapy staff were very encouraging and patient with my father. They have a well rounded program and really encourage the patients to participate in the activities. I would highly recommend this facility.
