You've entered a section where you can fill out an Rx for your patient and send directly to us for servicing. We will notify you every step of the way until your prescription is filled. We've also included a list of Medicare Local Coverage Determination (LCD) to help you determine whether your patient qualifies for the treatment you are prescribing.
