I had some repairs done on mom's ring & necklace. Repairs were done in a Timely manner. The clasp on necklace was repaired/replaced, and the pearl was reset into the band. The ring looks Brand New! The staff was knowledgeable & friendly.

Trappings of a fine jeweler, i.e., screening/profiling before you're allowed to enter. Just hope you don't have a problem with their work because you'll discover the nasty attitude AFTER you discover their "warranty" is unwritten, undefined, and simply stated as "we stand behind our work", which is loosely interpreted by them. The worse part is the dramatic change in their attitude from charming when they're selling to offensive if their work doesn't "work"!

I needed help choosing a wedding band for my wife that would match my wife's wedding band. The ladies were very friendly and patient with me. They help me choose a ring (my wife loved it!) and it was a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.
