Dawn's fitness journey began with a personal trainer. After years of attempting to get fit on her own, the motivation, consistency and understanding discipline materialized through her relationship with a coach. The addiction to fitness, making progress, reaching goals, inspiring and helping others became an unexpected passion.

Services
One-On-One Personal Training is private training consisting of fitness programming tailored to the fitness goals of the client. We understand that no two bodies are the same and one size does not fit all in fitness programming. As you make progress and reach goals, your trainer will help you set and reach your next goals.
Boot Camp is a full-body experience every time. This is results-driven training. You will burn fat, build muscle, increase endurance and strengthen your core with team-training and every-man-for-himself high intensity interval training circuits. You will inspire others while being inspired. All fitness levels are welcome.

An absolutely wonderful place to work out, I cannot say enough good things about the owner/personal Trainer, Dawn. She is seriously a great trainer, she makes you feel comfortable, she motivates you, even if you feel your achievements are small, she defiantly will instill in you, your opinion of a small achievements will definitely be the foundation to build you up to what you are looking to achieve. She works with your schedule; she makes sure all the equipment is sanitized her studio is always clean. And she always welcomes you with a smile. If you're looking for a more personal atmosphere one

Great place for private, customized fitness training and small group fitness classes. I've participated in the group training classes and PiYo classes. These are some of the best workouts I've ever had. The classes are well organized, challenging for all fitness levels and the family atmosphere with the other fitness warriors feels great. The studio has a great equipment for getting in a solid workout for a total body experience. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED if you're looking for a private, semiprivate, personal experience with NO CONTRACT.

Want results? Then S.T.O.R.M. Fitness is your answer. Some of the nicest things about S.T.O.R.M. Fitness is there is no membership, and the experience of training in a private setting. I also love that group classes are offered, also with no membership commitment. Dawn and all of her trainers/instructors are experienced and professional. I highly recommend S.T.O.R.M. Fitness to anyone who is looking get healthy and reach their fitness goals.

Dawn is an amazing personal trainer. She is extremely motivating, knowledgeable and passionate about health and fitness, which has been instrumental in my overall weight loss of 60 pounds.
