A time based circuit style class only targeting your core, making you stronger and more mobile. After all, all movement stems from the the core! No equipment required for this fun and intense class. All you need is you, a water bottle, a mat and a towel to wipe away the sweat! This class is based around the Tabata protocol, which is 8 rounds of 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off timing.
