Great location in North Augusta but the property is older and there are a lot of excessive charges once you move out. No matter how great of a shape you leave the property in, which I did, you will not get your full deposit back as they charge you a re-key fee of $125.00. And I have all of my keys! Property lost my spare keys when a vendor came in to do work and nothing was ever done about it. No adjustments or apologies given. I was offered a better job in a different state and was charged $1487.50 to terminate my lease. That was 2 months of rent and other “fees” that they add on. MONEY GUZZLING

These are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with . We been having issues since moving in and it’s sad. Today is the October 13 and I’m receiving a email about a Maintence payment from July saying I have to pay $110 for a man walking in looking at the box and walking out . When did we have to start paying for maintenance when renting ? We also pay $50 a month for pest control & they don’t even come . When is it mandatory to pay for service that’s not even giving ? I am so over Augusta partners

As a homeowner, I highly recommend this company. They have done a masterful job with overseeing the management of my rental property. Grace Robinson and Tamar Wendel have truly gone above the call of duty to ensure that any concerns of both me and my current tenant are addressed expeditiously. I appreciate the accuracy of their accounting procedures. I am made aware almost immediately of any issues that have come up pertaining to the property. Thank God those have been few and far between :-) I’m always grateful to God when he allows my path to cross with people who have integrity in doing business

This company once had a director that ran this company with great passion and dedication to the owners. The apparent new Director Grace Robinson is non responsive, lazy with her work and honestly could care less about an owner and their property. I speak to her staff more often than I do her because she never answers a phone, a voice-mail or responds to email and IF she does she always has an excuse as to why she hasn't! Sadly her staff has to handle the repercussions of this. Augusta Partners Corporate office you need to reevaluate who you have running this office!!! The rest of the staff is very

The tenant flooded and destroyed the property and the company failed to do inspections as they should have. Then told us the eviction was going through and the tenant had 60 days to get out (Covid). Then found out the case was dismissed and we were lied to. So we had to refile and start the process over again. These people were useless.

So far my experience with Augusta Partners Property Management has been good. The staff has always been professional, friendly and respectful. I've been renting from them for about a year and a half. All maintenance issues have been addressed in a timely and efficient manner. So far so good!

My rental property has been managed by APPM over the past 5 years. I am going to miss Morgan and hate having to lose her during this current COVID-19 pandemic. Mr. Clyde was very kind to assist me (outside of his normal working hours, his day off) with measuring and upgrading appliances for the rental property. Scott, Morgan, and Tamar have been incredible to work with. While my property was being rented, they followed up on any issues in a timely manner and made sure things were handled quickly and professionally. During selling, they have been patient and professional as the process moved quickly, dates changed, and I navigated the process of selling my home. Scott took care of all necessary repairs and worked with my agent to ensure closing happened on time. Would definitely recommend them for any property management needs.
