Myself and my fiancée put in applications for a home spent the $130 which was fine except the process says they will contact you in 48 hours on the status of the application. I have left multiple voicemails and I am unable to get anyone to even return the call. I loved the houses they are showing, but feel like the application process has turned me completely away from this company.

After this company took over i have experienced more issues with double water billing. I don't receive a bill from the water company but a bill from the rental office with no break down of water usage. How can a water bill be the exact amount each month? How do you forget to send a water bill if the amount doesn't change??!! My most recent issue is the vegetation that's growing in my patio area. I have placed one phone call and 2 maintenance requests...no action has been taken.

Whenever I'm looking for a Realtor, I'm really just looking for trustworthiness and someone I actually want to work with. I'd definitely recommend Jaron with August Rental Homes.
I called looking for property management and two minutes into our discussion, Jaron and I realized that my property is out of their service area. But Jaron still took a good 10-15 minutes to talk me through a few aspects of the GA Standard Property Management Contract and gave me a few solid recommendations for other companies in the area. Seems like a very good company.

Augusta Rental Homes is an awesome property management company! I have been renting from them almost 2 years, and they have been great! Always keeping me updated with changes. Every time I have put in a maintenance request, they have someone out the same day or next. Hampton and Tommy were very helpful anytime I had questions or needed assistance.

The team has always been extremely kind and helpful. They are so responsive to the needs of tenants, they are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond for their tenants. I would highly recommend this company to anyone! We have used Augusta Rental Homes to manage some of our properties for a couple years now and we are more than satisfied with their service. So much so we have now moved all of our properties to under their management. As a property owner, it's important to have your properties managed well as they are a huge financial investment.
