Updating my post for Lucky Star Properties. I didn’t realize that 3 years had gone by since my last post. It is now 8 years with Lucky Star and I am still very happy with them. As a homeowner and not living in the property we tend to have in our heads that the now rental property is still in the same condition as when we lived there. That is far from the truth. It is amazing how much wear and tear happens just by living in a house, especially with renters. I encourage property owners to listen to their Property Managers along with your own due diligence. Beware these people are crooks with shady business practices!!!
Their website indicates to contact the office to ensure property availability prior to applying. The property manager was slow to respond. I contacted the office twice during normal business hours and reached two different associates, neither of which were able or willing to help. A realtor from a sister company who was in contact with the property manager notified me the property was available. I applied immediately. Shortly after I was notified by the property manager the rental was no longer available. It is amazing how the response

I currently moved in a 2 bedroom 1.5 bath place that I acquired through LSPM. Mrs.Cathcart is my rental agent she has done a great job at making sure that the place is acceptable according to a personal standard as if it was her own she has great response time when you have an issue or concern about anything very knowledgeable and understanding she is willing to work with you as much as she can this company has a gem. I have had my share of rental properties. I have never felt more welcoming than I have with Lucky Star. They are always there when you need them. They work with you to the best of their ability. Lucky Star recently took over managing the property where I live. I cannot tell you how nice it is to have someone that actually responds & gets the job done! I had complained to the previous folks several times about things I felt were easy fixes. I sent a maintenance request to them on Thursday (PM) & the repairs were done Friday! I'm thankful for these guys!

I am an out of town property owner and Lucky Star has been exceptional. Brandon and his team are responsive, professional and knowledgeable. After using another management company and not getting the results the property should have, Lucky Star came in and reviewed why the property wasn't being rented, remedied the problem that I was unaware of and achieved the market level rents. I have been renting from lucky star for 3 years now and let me tell you, they are the BEST company to rent from!! All of them are easy to get along with, they work with you and these people care!!! If anything ever happened, they were very quick to respond. They are easy going and as long as you do your part as a tenant you will have no problem. If I’m ever in the Augusta area again needing to rent I will only come to them!
