I will start off by saying I was not very comfortable with working with an out of state broker when my husband told me about Karim (we were buying in CO). If you're feeling similarly, you seriously have to stop worrying and work with Karim. He is rated so highly by every client he has ever worked with for a reason. You will not regret your decision.
Karim is responsive, organized, thorough. We were always able to reach him when needed, he made the entire process feel very streamlined, he got us a fantastic rate that no one else could have matched, and he was able to get us clear to close

Karim is the best! I think we used him 4 times in the last couple of years and he delivered every single time. On some of the more complex deals, he is not afraid to push the lenders for the right outcome and always in the allotted time frame. We highly recommend Homex financial and we'll be using him again soon!
