With over $49 Million in closed sales including a 2800 acre Featherfin farm in 2006, she is a local expert in rural real estate.

Ann has guided us through the purchase of two homes and the sale of another. I'm very hands on and ask a lot of questions but she never hestisted or seemed annoyed with the miniature real estate class she had to provide me. We wouldn't hesitate to refer our friends and family or use her services again!

When my father died, I was in charge of selling his home and property. Ann was an answer to prayer, literally. She was professional, knowledgeable, available, and thorough. Ann was wonderful and we are so glad that we chose her as our agent. Selling a home you love can be very hard and we had to add in a move to another state, purchasing a new home, three dogs, a kid and let’s not forget the pandemic. Needless to say, we would have been stressed out sellers without Ann guiding us through the whole process. She made it happen!
