We are Clayton C. Bryant Land Company and proud to be a family business, which has been serving our public for over 50 years. We have been a staple of our community and have represented excellent business practices since Clayton began our business back in the early 1950's. Our main office is located in Historic Appomattox, Virginia.

One thing that sets us apart from other companies is that we own all of our own properties, ranging from homes, farms, to timberlands, therefore eliminating the middle man and all the hassle that goes with him. We offer creative financing, including trade-ins. With our owner financing there are no closing costs other than recording fees.

Very unprofessional, bought property from them on a illegal foreclosure (Virginia Laws pertaining foreclosures on disable I had no clue not filed properly with county) two months after I purchased property they sold my loan to another estate (they need cash flow) after payments made including filing fee for my deed, never filed with county, I could not do anything with property for 5 months, (deed not filed) asked several times why they sold loan and no paperwork from current loaner sent to me, then letter for foreclosure from Clayton Bryant (Not from current loaner) sold my property at auction

PHIL IS A NIGHTMARE. We drove down to see two houses and were serious about purchasing. We contacted him and he told us that someone else made an offer on both houses. As per his request, we were supposed to call the next day. We are cash buyers. He told us he was waiting on another offer. A week later he reached out telling us the other buyer fell through. We said, okay, we are ready to buy. Phil THEN tells us the title company is "working on things". Then he says they are "cleaning up the house". I checked in today ONLY for him to say that they INCREASED THE PRICE OF THE HOUSE AFTER WE HAD AN
