I received a quote from Hi Desert Air back in November of 2020 and had it installed in April of 2021. They stuck with the quote they gave me back in November. They showed up on time and was finished with the job by 3:30 in the afternoon. They were professional and did a great job. Their staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them. I am very happy with the air/heating system.

Our electricity went out in full heat mode that caused our furnace to stop working. I took off the front panel off and saw blinking green light. Blinking 4 times is a limit switch open. James showed up from Hi-desert air and pushed a reset button and WOW! It works. Showed me the reset switch and was charged $49.99

Hi Desert Air installed a new Aerocool Trophy Series and removed my old outdated swamp cooler from my roof. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned up everything inside and out. Donnie and the guys were very nice and very professional. The girls in The office were also very nice. Lance is the owner and gave me the original bid. He too is very professional. I couldn't be happier.

I was expecting the worst 'cause I could smell the electrical burn smell from the AC unit on the roof when I was on the ground. Great service on the phone and from the guys who came out to work on the unit. Didn't take long to do the fix and didn't cost as much as I was thinking it would. Much appreciated.
