Erkies Electrical Heating & Air Conditioning

We have used Erkies over the last year for various repairs on our newly-purchased home, and have spent over $20K with this company, but that hasn't bought us any loyalty from the company. Their problem is that they often can't keep an appointment. They have cancelled on us too many times, especially on Fridays. Their favorite excuse is "a family emergency" (used 4 times on us now). This sucks because we count on them and change our work schedules to aid them, but then they continually cancel. Just recently, they have now cancelled 3 times in a row on us to install two outdoor

I want to highly recommend Erkies because the guys were very professional. My system is beautiful and they even did some extra things with my install. Well let me just say that Erkies is AWESOME! I've lived in the desert practically my whole life and have dealt with other companies. Some too expensive and some just don't know what the heck they are doing. But when I found Erkies, I found a company that I love and would recommend to everyone! The AC tech that came out to my home, Gabe Cordova, was punctual, polite, honest and respected my Home by wearing his mask correctly, at all times. I had a great experience with Gabe and for that, I will continue to use Erkies and recommend to anyone! Give them a call!

We have had issues with the HVAC units on our second home (built in the 1950s) and have not had a CLUE as to how to maintain them. Robert at Erkies has been an absolute dream to work with. He has been patient with us as we decide what we want/need to spend money on and is very responsive. Happy to know when I have a question he'll be quick to answer his phone. Just installed a new Hvac system in my Palm Springs home and choose Erkies because of all the great reviews . I am so glad I did. I wanted to wait a week to see how the system worked but based on my experience of the installation and the quality of workmanship and integrity of the staff I felt it important to write the review now. As I sit in my dinning area I barely hear the furnace as it heats my home and the house is very comfortable . Today I had two Erkies technicians visit my home to inspect the A/C and ducts and all of the electrical workings in the house. Both techs, Robert and Patrick were kind and courteous and gave me good information.
Patrick ended up staying to install new GFCI outlets.
Not only did he take the time to explain why and how the GFCI outlets work, but he made sure everything was cleaned up afterward. He also installed a new dining room light fixture I bought and had good advice on how low it might want to hang etc.

We needed an outdoor light replaced. And at the last minute, asked them to check a GFI to see if it was working correctly. It wasn't, so they were able to replace both without any issue. They were on time, professional and a good price. Highly recommended.

Biggest con artists on this planet. They will look you in the eye and rip you off. Their employees are the most unprofessional lying uncultured swines on this planet. They don't me to my face that ripping off people is how they make their money. Everyone be aware and don't use their services. I spoke with Dane earlier this evening and had an issue where part of my condo went out, the kitchen and master bedroom areas! I replaced the breaker because it didn’t really trip, and it’s old. After doing that, still no power. When I spoke with Dane he suggested resetting the main breaker. So I did, and wouldn’t you know it, that was the problem. Thank you Dane!! You guys at Erkies are obviously honest to the bone people!! That’s the kind of people that I do business with!! You guys have earned my future business!! I will be spreading the god word trust me!

Circuit Breaker failed and darkened half my home. There was a rain storm and it was hard to find someone to come out right away after dinner. Erkies saved the day. Their services were quick and efficient at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend ERKIES for any and all electrical, plumbing and air conditioning services or maintenance.

Dane & Dominic arrived to work on 2 jobs. Needed a bathroom fan and check out circuit board. Both were great, very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend Erkies to anyone needing electrical work done.

This Company is Great, informative, Timely, Affordable and very customer friendly. They came out within an hour (after hours) and tested my system extraneously and resolved the issue, alerted me to potential issues, gave me some great tips and cleaned up after themselves.
